@SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so difficult to cancel parts of your subscription the help function is no help at all surely in 2021 you can cancel part of your subscription by logging into your account

@SkyHelpTeam Sky Broadband and Sky Glass is so unreliable. The Broadband and Sky Glass is currently down. I’ve restarted the router, unplugged it from the wall and nothing works. I thought TalkTalk was bad, however, this is the worst service in the world bar none. #SkyNoBand

@SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to your tech team and they can do nothing about regular local outages in the area due to repair work etc. The point is you are misselling your service - expecting people to pay full whack for a service that isn't being rendered for several hours a week. Theft!

@SkyHelpTeam How do you calculate auto-compensation? My broadband goes down 4 or 5 times a week usually late night/early morn and I have never knowingly received compensation for it. That means you have been stealing from me for years.

@Lpfc_salah11 @SkyUK We've recently "upgraded" to the Super fast broadband which runs off a cable and guess what, It's literally the same absolute bollocks to what we had previously. They are incapable of providing a standard service for super fast fibre broadband. It's infuriating beyond belief.
