@SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

@SkySports it's obvious you can finish bottom of the prem and get 100 million all the money is with them and they are killing the other clubs in the uk change the way the money is re distributed but it will never happen

@SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam and @virginmedia . Was streaming a TV show via my phone (Virgin Mobile) last night as I fell asleep. Seems my Sky broadband connection dropped out about 1am, as my mobile data was completely drained & I've been charged for going outside my allowance. Help please!

@SkyHelpTeam all I wanted to do was cancel BT sport. Took ages to find a number. After 22 minutes I have a completely different package which apparently no longer includes ultra hd. As it happens I think ultra hd is rubbish. Your customer service is why I won’t have yr broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Are you able to confirm that there was an issue in my area overnight that resulted in my WiFi dropping out? Because I am being charged by Virgin Mobile as a result of that, which I don't think is particularly fair?! I also now have no mobile data left until the 26th May..

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with sky over 8 years every time I call the customer services they are always helpful and polite and they always go out of their way to make sure the problem is sorted! Good to see at least one supplier being nice and treating customers fairly!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Ellie. It’s just strange that my neighbour is getting 35Mbs with sky. Openreach aren’t interested as I don’t currently have a service provider and can’t contact them without one but would have liked to have gone with sky. Just can’t sign up to a contract at suck slow speed
