    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks very much- the tracking is useful, although it says that it could be 2-5 working days to fix the fault whereas the initial request that I put in said it would be 2 days. Really hope it can be solved quickly. Thank you for responding.

    @SkyHelpTeam 13 hours down in LS25. You text acknowledging it 4 hours ago. How long can it take to fix? BT never had so many hours down. Every time there is a problem with Sky it takes so long to fix
