    @SkyUK Can I just say that your service is an absolute disgrace. My installation was due at 8am this morning and no show, the app shows an error when I login, I called and waited for 55mins with no resolve, I have been with you for little over 3 weeks – due an installation today

    @SkyHelpTeam Our Internet has been down since 7pm When ringing or messaging I still keep getting the same response but no ETL of when it’s actually coming back up. Any idea when we will get an update on this ?

    @SkyHelpTeam at what point will many of us be getting our broadband back up and running? No response from any Sky service, website down, App not working. Appalling service and you keep saying the same things to everyone. Rubbish!
