    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @Natalieshill @SkyHelpTeam Seems like a constantly slow service but they want you to pay more to upgrade the service for a faster connection. Someone I work with lives over the road and upgraded to the fibre service and said worse thing she’s done as speed is no better

    @SkyHelpTeam There’s nothing wrong with the connection just poor speeds as I’ve checked the app and says the equipment is fine but just poor speeds compared to other people by me who are with other providers and getting higher speeds

    @SkyUK why is it impossible to speak to a human? My 83 year old father is having nothing but problems connecting to speak to someone about missing products. Referring him by robot to a website is difficult for him! If I want to join I can speak to someone in seconds though!
