    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has gone down in the NG9 area. It’s saying no known issues but can’t connect and tummy sky Q is saying the same. Can you help please. Already done the trouble shooting and line tests. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyUK since I upgraded to a faster broadband it’s been terrible. It keeps dropping out. Ridiculous if trying to work from home. Will be pleased when my contract it up!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, channels 164, 187, 328, 350, 351, 361, 362 and 363 not working on Sky Q. Also TCM has lots of interference. Tried all troubleshooting steps, is this a broadcaster issue with these channels?

    @SkyHelpTeam good morning I got in touch a while back regarding itv not playing my local news Tyne tees and instead plays Calendar However after a reboot Tyne/Tees came on but now itv won’t change channel with the up/down button and reverts back to Calendar news ?

    @SkyHelpTeam why will nobody help me cancel my sky tv package, quick enough to help when adding etc. I’ve been trying for 3 days now and if I don’t get help soon I will cancel the broadband too. Absolutely terrible customer service
