    @SkyUK since I upgraded to a faster broadband it’s been terrible. It keeps dropping out. Ridiculous if trying to work from home. Will be pleased when my contract it up!

    @SkyHelpTeam So I phoned 3 times trying to get Sky+ set up in my flat as it doesn’t support SkyQ. No calls back so I just purchased a second hand Sky+ box from EBay and it works great, so just wanted to say thanks for nothing!

    So @SkyHelpTeam - your chat facility is too busy, your phone lines are at least on a 20 minute wait time and I have to apparently ring up to talk to someone who is supposed to be compensating me for rubbish service including hours wasted on the phone... so what do I do???
