    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyUK since I upgraded to a faster broadband it’s been terrible. It keeps dropping out. Ridiculous if trying to work from home. Will be pleased when my contract it up!

    @jen__bowes @SkyHelpTeam Oh that's annoying! I'm on Lebara (they use Vodafone's infrastructure) which can access those sites fine, so it must be a Sky issue affecting all of their internet/mobile traffic.

    @jamesmckee2 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam I have the same issue. Look at other reports on downdetector. DNS issues? I cannot access my email on your broadband but can on 4g. Many people are reporting sky as being common denominator.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MD11UK Sky Help Team, the problem is with near everyone, there are hundreds of people on Twitter saying that the cannot access sites using Sky Broadband. The fault also affects Sky mobile, but not our mobile networks.
