    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so difficult to cancel parts of your subscription the help function is no help at all surely in 2021 you can cancel part of your subscription by logging into your account

    @SkyUK since I upgraded to a faster broadband it’s been terrible. It keeps dropping out. Ridiculous if trying to work from home. Will be pleased when my contract it up!

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has gone down in the NG9 area. It’s saying no known issues but can’t connect and tummy sky Q is saying the same. Can you help please. Already done the trouble shooting and line tests. Thanks

    Hey @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam no mobile signal at RG14. Service checker says it’s ok, but all 5 sky handsets in our house no signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, My mobile which has been working perfectly for last 18 months is not able to make calls. Not registered on network and emergency calls only are some of the messages. The account is up to date with no overdue payments.
