    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyUK since I upgraded to a faster broadband it’s been terrible. It keeps dropping out. Ridiculous if trying to work from home. Will be pleased when my contract it up!

    @SkyUK sky Q, one of the worst things ever. Don’t bother with mini boxes, I’ve had six maybe seven engineer visits yet still it’s awful. Why do I pay £90 a month, please tell me?

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so difficult to cancel parts of your subscription the help function is no help at all surely in 2021 you can cancel part of your subscription by logging into your account

    @SkyHelpTeam Made the call. Your staff either just don’t get this or they are deliberately obfuscating. Another settings change that does nothing. There isn’t a settings change that is going to fix this. You have had customers complaining about this for at least 2 years. #2yrnofix @SkyUK

    @georgegalloway @SkySports My husband was there aged 18 and woke up three days later in hospital. His poor parents had no idea where he was as he should have been safe but had swapped his stand ticket so he could be beside his mates. Every year I weep for those poor families who were not so lucky.
