    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so difficult to cancel parts of your subscription the help function is no help at all surely in 2021 you can cancel part of your subscription by logging into your account

    @Richtbiskitt @SkyUK .I realised just in time, and cancelled my order, when I realised (and they don’t tell you this!) that Sky Glass doesn’t support many third party channels so, if for example, you subscribe to RacingTV, you can’t get it on Sky Glass!
