    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam what's the point of having an online system? Try to book an engineer appointment as since the high winds I've got no signal. Only to be told I must be a sky Q customer to book an appointment online. I've had sky Q since I moved into my house

    @SkyHelpTeam They all freeze after a few seconds. Most people I speak to have the same issue. Only happens on my Q box. iPad plays fine.

    @SkyUK Why do I keep getting "error licensing video" when I try to watch "No Time to Die"? No, I am not a Sky customer, but I went for ASDA pizza deal and chose to rent a movie from Sky Store. 48h rent countdown is going, too :(
