  @SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

  @SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

  @SkySports @SkySportsF1 can you help resolve an app issue please? all other sky sports channels are working but when i load the F1 channel i get a few seconds of feed and am then told there's an issue with my connection. there isn't. all other apps are working fine! 😡
