    @SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet again, our phone line (hence also broadband) has gone down at night. Been down over an hour. Can't dial out, can't dial in, though there's a dial tone it says line busy when I call in. Worse still, I can never report it because your team is no longer 24/7

    @Philly9953 @SkyUK So for most of the evening we have researched providers and their customer services feedback. Most of which do not fill me with joy. At all. On one hand @SkyUK have been fantastic with their customer services and have turned up at my door within 3 days of complaining..

    Watching netflix when it starts buffering. Mobile not connecting to Internet with @SkyUK & appears my #skybroadband has gone down just a week after I moved my broadband back to sky. In scotland. Really not impressed!!! @SkyHelpTeam
