@sav10la @SkyHelpTeam La Liga on ITV 4 mate, plus I like the basketball. Hands up sky tv is brilliant with a big help from BT sport lol had BT internet at me mums never had an issue. Just not the quickest. Think gonna go back to virgin internet. 350 mbps worth the extra money.

@SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

Majority of the British public & ,evidently from Twitter, many F1 around the world all believe Masi broke the rules to suit his agenda. Difficult to imagine tons of glowing reviews about his training regime when massive clouds still hang.

@SkyHelpTeam A very brief search suggests I'm not the only one finding the Sky line test to be inaccurate. Possibly it's falsified so that we can't invoke the "lower than guaranteed speed" clause to get out of contract. shady if you ask me. But these issues have been going for 3-4 months.

@SkyUK Gone a whole month with no internet issues, had no internet over Xmas, had engineers out, new router and here we go again, all day yesterday and now today internet dropping out, making working from home impossible.But still expect and charge us full amount . So frustrating

@SkyHelpTeam If my connection is anywhere near the 79Mb/s in the line test, would you be able to suggest a reason that 1) the line test previously showed connected when there was a known outage in my area and 2) why 1080p videos buffer with only one device connected 2 metres from the router.
