I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. You’re paying £90 a mth to watch the exact same TV that they are advertising the exact same channels to a new customer for £50 per mth. Mind boggling! No customer loyalty at all, yet we all still pay it
