    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam I know, the test comes back fine through the web. It’s not the router as such... internet will just drop out randomly. Router then eventually picks it back up. Q box upstairs has been struggling for days now. Really poor internet

    @skyhelpteam the sky premier broadband is utter garbage. I have the latest router, another sky booster router in the conservatory and I can't even stream Netflix. Tomorrow I am cancelling all of it and looking elsewhere.
