@SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

It's good the extra @SkySports red button streams are now on @NOW but navigation is horrible. They're hidden away at the bottom of the menu and you have to go back to the menu to change stream rather than flick through them. #TheMasters

@ItzPikul @SkyHelpTeam Not sure if you have AT&T where you live but their internet actually isn’t bad. I have fiber through them and my tests are 300Mbps Down, 350 Up on WiFi. If I’m directly connected to the router I get 950 down/up with ~5 ping. It’s only $70 a month as well.

@SkyHelpTeam No offence we have sorted the issue out but it's the information and the how we have been dealt with is the problem. We are currently speaking to sky but the complaint team who was on the call was really bad at helping and was just reading a script
