    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    Will @SkyHelpTeam EVER create a 64-bit version of Sky Go? It is impossible to use, and paying customers are losing out on the service despite the fact that hardly anyone uses 32-bit systems anymore. Madness.

    .@SkyUK are preventing me from getting broadband at the house I bought because they have failed to transfer previous owner’s account to their new house on 15 Dec. Asked Sky escalate complaint but they refused!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive spoken to the Tech Team already, im just really angry how bad the situation has been handled by Sky and OpenReach. Its an external fault, nothing to do with me, but im the one missing out.
