@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but there's nothing about HDR, and "upgrade" implies "pay for" and I'm already paying for UHD and therefore HDR, I've just been palmed off with an old UHD box that doesn't support HDR. Not brilliant for a new Sky Q customer.
