    @SkyHelpTeam had sky Q installed today but no mini box as requested was delivered I called you at 9 am to review the call and still heard nothing back been a customer for over 25 yrs really poor customer service sadly

    @SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

    Well @OfficialPDC, I can say that was the worst coverage ever! Apart from @DanDartsDawson, everything was rubbish! Could only watch on Sky Sports (that kept crashing!) as PDCTV website kicked me off after 2 mins and couldn’t get back on all night! #modusdarts #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam Done that a few times. Sky logged a problem BT have been out not fixed it and gone away. Clearly Sky haven’t followed up. I know where the problem is but nobody wants to fix it.

    @SkyUK customer service is so poor. 13 days without Internet and I have been offered £14 compo. When I was told originally £8 a day but according to the manager @Offcom have changed the rules due to the pandemic so sky can now ignore the normal rules. Fuming to say the least.😡

    @SkyHelpTeam need help - internet connection/sky Q it’s for ever dropping out and it’s painfully slow. Often impossible to watch anything on the 2 mini boxes we have. The test function on skyapp always says internet is perfect. It’s costing us a fortune in data mobile data! Help!
