@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 had put it down as no fault found, however admitted there was when checks are done so is making sure it gets sorted. When line test done has come back with a fault, the stressful part is i do callcentre work and you know how it is with "targets" etc tbf and thrn i get 2/3

They continued to take money out of my account, which I eventually got back after more lengthy angry phone calls #fightthemalltheway
