Log on to the app, no names in foreign game listing, no badges. In the age of the internet it's hardly difficult to populate that. They can employ me to do it happily.

I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.
