I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried to arrange for my #skyglass to be exchanged for a new one as been advised have a software issue, keeps turning off. Two weeks now and you still don’t have stock of the correct one!!! How long do I have to wait with a faulty TV!!!
