@SkyHelpTeam hi, I pay £27 PM for superfast broadband.. not really sure why seeing as it cuts out everyday! I work from home too.. can you look into why I'm having so many problems? The other day it went off for 90 minutes!

@SkyHelpTeam I cancelled sky broadband due to my broadband constantly disconnecting, I rang numerous times to complain about it and never once did they admit that their fibre routers had a software glitch in them . When I posted an internal memo about it,they soon contacted me

@SkyHelpTeam our WiFi is down, our mobile data is barely working either and Sky’s automated phone system sends you round and round in circles trying to redirect you to online help (not much help). Select option to talk to a person and the department is closed. Terrible service
