@SkyUK, I pay the guts of £130 a month for mini q boxes that switch themselves off, Internet that when it works is slow as a week in jail, paying for Disney+ but can't log in for s**t. We've been loyal customers for years but I think it's time to shop around. #justacustomerthough

@SkyHelpTeam How can one report cases of identity fraud to Sky? I tried your customer service hotline, and the guy was completely out of his depth. There are no email addresses available online. Someone placed a Sky order under my name, my credit score is plummeting. Pls assist.
