@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

Well @OfficialPDC, I can say that was the worst coverage ever! Apart from @DanDartsDawson, everything was rubbish! Could only watch on Sky Sports (that kept crashing!) as PDCTV website kicked me off after 2 mins and couldn’t get back on all night! #modusdarts #skysports

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I’m worried I have a faulty box. It keeps disconnecting from my wifi, and then saying it can’t connect. When my broadband with EE is fully working and is fast and on other devices I have. Have gone through all the network resets etc.
