    Well @OfficialPDC, I can say that was the worst coverage ever! Apart from @DanDartsDawson, everything was rubbish! Could only watch on Sky Sports (that kept crashing!) as PDCTV website kicked me off after 2 mins and couldn’t get back on all night! #modusdarts #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK No. I have been doing, to an advisor but then got a reply back saying office is closed. I will just see how it is after 30 days and cancel everything and move over to Virgin because I've had enough now.

    I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

    @SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

    @SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

    @SkyHelpTeam No ladder is what engineer told me. So he booked me in next week but I’ve had a call this afternoon to say that the app is now a pm app which I cannot make. There is a list of problems which I was told would be easy to sort - doesn’t seem to be easy at all and very frustrating!!

    @SkyHelpTeam To resolve the issue or to get an upgrade? Surely it can’t be an isolated issue just to my account? I will use one of the many other providers to take out a new contract online that way I can compare the detail in my own time without being pressured in a phone call.Disappointing.

    @SkyHelpTeam Very poor service! 07 April phoned #SkyProtect re signal loss 13 April before an engineer turns up, assesses satellite dish, takes pictures but says 2 man team is needed! @SkyUK phoned later & say 1st available repair slot for 2 man team is not until 27 MAY! 1/2

    I wish I had never started to deal with @SkyUK broadband. They came once to install the broadband, but we needed a permission from the building to access a communal area. It's been 15 days of me calling them almost everyday trying to get this sent to the building manager.
