I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. Problems from the start our phone number not ported and 12 operative and 4 hours of my time to be told I will need to cancel and be without internet for 1-2 weeks how can this be right.
