Just tried to follow the instructions online and it says that Sky Hub can’t be detected I have an old netgear router! Help please.

I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

Engineer unable to complete set up due to insufficient signal. Tier 2 will be with us by the end of the week. Nothing happened and no call.
