@SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

@SkyHelpTeam Your Xbox Series X app is broken. Watching something on catch up and it continually goes back to the menu every time the adverts finish. If the show comes on at all the picture just freezes but the sound continues.
