I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.
