    @digitalmuggle @SkySports Exactly. Supermarkets would never get way with forcing you to buy three tins of baked beans, two loaves of bread and a pomegranate every time you wanted to buy a frozen ready meal, so why do TV stations force you to subscribe to buy channels you don't want to watch?

    @SkyHelpTeam Day 8 with no SKY TV. Utterly useless customer service. The best a company with a 2022 turnover of £13.5bn can do is refund me £47 and tell me the engineer will be with me on the 29th. Been with Sky OVER 20 years. Merry Xmas. #SkyTVShambles

    @SkyHelpTeam we have an issue with our landline. We cannot make or receive calls. I did send a message privately nearly 2 hours ago and got a message saying someone will be in contact with me shortly which they clearly haven’t
