You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@AnnMarieFoster1 @SkyHelpTeam You could also start the recording and then hold then with the bit where it has the time on it (with the length of programme etc) hold down the right arrow button and that will fast forward it more quickly and then release when you have got to where you want to be/
