@SkyHelpTeam Never did resolve after 5 resets -12 till 5pm we had no WIFI We survived but my meetings were interupted, obviously not helpful, however 15years Diamond 💎 Maybe a free movie of our choice in sky store for inconvenience?

@TongeMichael @SkyUK I can believe it. Moved away from them 3 years ago. Nightmare to setup & nothing but issues. I left when my contract finished but they're still chasing me for a debt I don't owe & have proved that to them. They even told me I'd never been a customer when I rung up which was odd.
