@SkyHelpTeam Having issues with signal keep dropping when using WiFi in the bedroom, our router is in the living room downstairs. I pay the extra for the broadband boost, and whilst when there is a signal the speed is acceptable the signal just suddenly drops intermittently.

@SkyHelpTeam The order was placed on Thursday but due to a technical error on your side it couldn’t be processed. Called Accessibility team yesterday only to be told the deal has been removed and couldn’t be honoured. This needs attention or I’m going to Ombudsman my complaint no 1575665501

@SkyHelpTeam @cmsdrums I’m sick to the teeth of this crap. I’ve been through EVERY single thing they has been suggested. My skybox is now not connecting to the broadband, mobile devices work better without the Wi-fi and gaming machines keep getting cut off a WIRED connection. So… there’s something up!

@lollujo @NedWithAPassion @SkyUK Yes totally agree it’s mega frustrating!. I think getting a sky engineer to check the strength of the sky q mesh might help. Google WiFi seems quite smart at avoiding congested channels. Fingers crossed sorted soon sir.
