    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet connection yesterday was terrible and dropped out over 15 times in four hours and today I have NO internet at all . I’m a key worker currently working from home and need my internet !

    Is @SkyUK the only broadband service that doesn’t provide a dongle as an interim solution absolutely dreadful customer service..it’s not us it’s openreach I didn’t order through them I ordered through @SkyUK

    @SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

    @SkyHelpTeam Having issues with signal keep dropping when using WiFi in the bedroom, our router is in the living room downstairs. I pay the extra for the broadband boost, and whilst when there is a signal the speed is acceptable the signal just suddenly drops intermittently.

    @SkySports commentators constantly apologising for bad language. If you put multiple microphones pitchside what do you really expect? Personally I think hearing the players is the silver lining to the COVID cloud. It’s like being at a local game. I love it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Appaling service from sky. After over 30hrs without broadband, still claiming nothing is wrong! Affects quite a few streets in our area. Clearly a problem at the exchange. Other providers have acknowledged the issue with their customers but not sky. #byebyesky

    @SkyHelpTeam I did manage to get hold of them but they stated the remote was no longer manufactured and gave me the website for yourselves linking the product!! Luckily I managed to find the remote down the side of the sofa

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s just ridiculous now - followed all the steps multiple times and yet like so many customers Paramount doesn’t work in SkyQ - I know a bot will now ask me to confirm various steps I’ve completed multiple times but still not working!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no internet connection & after various tests your service has concluded I need an engineer to be sent out… earliest available is 7th July! How am I and my partner supposed to WFH until then?! Impossible to speak to an actual person to sort this out as well!
