You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

The call handler spoke for 10 minutes about how much they love Gold Rush and didn’t deal with my call at all. Now I’m waiting for another 15 mins. Terrible!

I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

We have same issue because we’re connected to box at the end of Abby Road, in spite of everyone near us connected to a nearer box! To improve speed use an Ethernet cable- it did help me.
