@SkyHelpTeam I have finally had my broadband installed today. I can't for the life of me get my upstairs sky box to work though. It's telling me to press the home button when the screen goes blank but nothing happens. Just a no signal message from my TV. Would've been handy to

Nice to see @SkyHelpTeam valuing customer loyalty. My parents were already paying an obscene price for ordinary (non fibre) broadband. As they come to the end of their contract, Sky have offered a renewal price that is even more expensive. Bye bye Sky.
