@TheSharpeEnd I will cancel my sky subscription as soon as possible. @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely useless. Sick to death of their inability to help or advise. Can’t get through online or via telephone. Over £110 a month we spend with Sky and the service we get back is a disgrace!

@SkyHelpTeam understand you are stretched as all services are. However you planned to install sky today - my 73 yr mother cancelled current provider - no show from Sky despite email day before. Now she will have no broadband, Tv or phone service whilst isolated. Any suggestions

@SkySports There's millions of quids in the football industry. Mainly from TV subscription channels The league's should distribute that fairly before asking the hard pressed taxpayer to bail them out There are far more important industries than football that have more urgent need of help

@SkyHelpTeam Update: it’s still pretty slow no matter how many channels I use or even using a custom DNS is there a chance I can request a new hub to see if that’s the issue as it’s just getting slower and slower
