    @SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

    @SkyHelpTeam Having issues with signal keep dropping when using WiFi in the bedroom, our router is in the living room downstairs. I pay the extra for the broadband boost, and whilst when there is a signal the speed is acceptable the signal just suddenly drops intermittently.

    @SkySports commentators constantly apologising for bad language. If you put multiple microphones pitchside what do you really expect? Personally I think hearing the players is the silver lining to the COVID cloud. It’s like being at a local game. I love it.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've run lots of line tests today. Still down, although outage from 09.50 this morning registered. We lost Internet before then (approx 04.30). I guess it's just a waiting game!

    @sianwilliams100 @SkyUK Most were really great when mum died. British Gas, bank, Sky and, BT. A lot have bereavement departments. However TV Licence were appalling and had sent mum threatening letters when she was in hospital. Rude and unsympathetic.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi apologies for delay I think it's sky Q. It just starts to play then starts buffering/stopping then says there is no connection but will try to keep connecting? We turn of sky then restart but that dosent help. The router is very close to the sky box

    @SkyUK as a new customer it looks like you are leaving our family with no internet or tv over the festive period although you have the audacity to charge us for tv from beginning of December
