@SkyHelpTeam Having issues with signal keep dropping when using WiFi in the bedroom, our router is in the living room downstairs. I pay the extra for the broadband boost, and whilst when there is a signal the speed is acceptable the signal just suddenly drops intermittently.

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

@SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, are there TV issues around Perth PH1? My Mum can't get her TV to work (only Netflix and iPlayer) and I can't check it from Glasgow. I'm assuming it's a temporary outage and she doesn't need someone in to fix it. Thank you.
