Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I lose connection to multi room box every couple of minutes, Netflix etc and any features on sky Q other than live TV constantly showing as no connection to network on both boxes, Wi-Fi on phones dropping out and buffering constantly. Basically all devices affected
