I pay the extra for the broadband boost, and whilst when there is a signal the speed is acceptable the signal just suddenly drops intermittently.

I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more.
