@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been on the phone for 40 minutes so far. This is the second time I called after being cut off the first time. The call handler spoke for 10 minutes about how much they love Gold Rush and didn’t deal with my call at all. Now I’m waiting for another 15 mins. Terrible!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks for the reply. Really none of the options on the link related to my problem. I tried the one closest "problem with Picture" but it did not work. My screen is literally going black and the whole app doesn't work. There wasn't an option for that.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve raised a complaint. It’s an @bt_uk Open reach process that @Ofcom need to hold them to account on. The engineer was never assigned “due to workload” so now as a “missed appointment” I go to the back of the queue - what a joke. Monopoly on the network, so do what they want.
