Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@pirate9853 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Yep, according to Sky, Openreach can take up to 3-5 WORKING DAYS to rectify a mistake they made!!?? So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬

appears that @SkyUK are truly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Not meeting legal obligations and fabricating events to suit themselves. @Ofcom should take a serious look at how contracts are implemented! Worse than p&o as at least they admit to their illegal activity
