    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

    @Brev2034 @SkyUK Exactly what I'm waiting for. Far too many issues & flaws with it at the mo. The only positive thing I'm reading from people, is about the sound. Would be interested in seeing sales/returns figures for it as so many people seem to be reverting back to Sky Q which is far superior.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, yeah went through all the steps, checked every possible update but no help to be honest. Tried every trick in the book in regards to the actual rooter, many people in the village also experiencing the same problem as us?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi we don’t have a landline. My neighbour had the same issue so it looks as though there is a wider issue. The website takes us round in circles so we have no idea how to get an engineer out. I have fibre being installed tomorrow so I guess now 50hrs since it has cut out we wait!

    @SkyUK @skytv Sky is a complete joke put my package up from 89 to 111 a month...oh how I wish I could get Virgin...I'm so close to cancelling after 13 years as a loyal customer...was going to put it up to 146 a month...greedy owner is all I can say... looking at now TV & vodaphone internet
