    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t need technical support, it’s the issue you tweeted saying is resolved, clearly isn’t. So don’t tweet that you’ve resolved the issue when clearly it’s still ongoing. So get it fixed and let me know when to expect the sky mobile network data service to be back.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there. Still getting intermittent freezing with itv on sky glass. I’ve done all the fault finding, glass is on Ethernet . Internet is 350 download. It’s getting beyond a joke now as I pay over £100 per month . Please fix it

    @SkyHelpTeam ongoing issue with stolen phone where customer service will not cancel the imei no as not bought through you so I cannot claim through insurance. Madness. I’ve been a loyal sky customer for 19 years and am going around in circles!
