@SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

@SkyHelpTeam I upgraded from ultrafast to gigafast part way through my contract. While speaking to an advisor last week she told me the gigafast was never given a new 18 month contract and would run out in November when the price would go up. So not a new 18th month contract !!

Since I moved house and went with Sky Broadband I've never had internet so poor. Shocking, drops WiFi all the time and now issues in area again. I work from home and have to use a mobile connection quite often, not good enough @SkyHelpTeam
