@SkyUK so why, if you use the O2 network and they allow you to roam in Europe for free as part of the contract, have hubby and I just had to pay a total of £36 just to use our phones in Spain and France? Total rip off and will be leaving Sky mobile asap! 😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Yep done that, your help team need a bit of training by the sound of it though. Customer service wasn’t exactly your call operator’s strong point I feel. And now we have to pay for a weekend slot (as we both work full time) for an engineer to fix an issue that isn’t our fault 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Will do, it just keeps cutting out randomly and has been doing it for the past few weeks. No idea as to the cause, and it's usually only for a few minutes, but it's random. More often happens during the night. It also has issues where certain devices/programs reconnect slower.
