@SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

@NOWTV I literally had to press the "cancel membership" button around 8 times before I finally managed to do so. Each time it took me to another page trying to convince me to stay. Instead, all this has done is convinced me to sign up with @SkySports for the next F1 season... 👍🏽
