@SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

@SkySports commentators constantly apologising for bad language. If you put multiple microphones pitchside what do you really expect? Personally I think hearing the players is the silver lining to the COVID cloud. It’s like being at a local game. I love it.

@SkyHelpTeam There are no connectivity issues, other devices are fine as I said. Turns out archiving the content then downloading it again appears to have resolved it which proves it was not a connectivity problem. Might be worth passing it in as you have a software fault.
