    @adamproctor85 @BTGroup @SkyUK Just as bad for me mate,why do you have to call/go online to pause your subscription.They should have automatically paused it and back dated it also.     @SkySports commentators constantly apologising for bad language. If you put multiple microphones pitchside what do you really expect? Personally I think hearing the players is the silver lining to the COVID cloud. It’s like being at a local game. I love it.

In there you should see usage, alternatively go to piggybank and transfer data to sim and you’ll see balance in there. Sky got rid of most of customer service and the entirety of sales so I doubt you’ll get a response on X.

    Why has @skyUK @SkyNews streaming to tablets & phones become such a poor quality experience. Segments being truncated by ads, promos like @skynewsniall 's "This is Why" being truncated before it ended. The management of the transitions has become a disaster. Very poor experience.
