@SkyHelpTeam My router keeps disconnecting every few minutes, and stays disconnected up to 10-15 minutes a time. I cannot get anywhere with the sky virtual assistant, and I cannot find a solution online. The amount of times I’ve had to restart my router and trouble shoot it is ridiculous

@ImKarlLucas @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Mine was going to jump drastically in September, even the online deal was a lot. Rang them up and spoke to them and they managed to reduce the increase considerably. Might help that I have 3 mobile contracts with them as well as BB & basic TV. Always worth a call.
