You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

@CodeRainster @SkyHelpTeam My sky broadband is awful WiFi constantly drops out, struggle watching 4k content when kids are on their consoles, max speed I can get is 35mb in my street. I will be changing broadband providers in May now we've now got VM down the street. Can't fault their TV though.

Sky @SkyUK very disappointing customer service for my very unwell father who has been trying to track down a pre-paid mobile lost by sky for over a month. Nobody able to help after over an hour of phone calls. After 18 years of loyalty too.
