@SkyUK so why, if you use the O2 network and they allow you to roam in Europe for free as part of the contract, have hubby and I just had to pay a total of £36 just to use our phones in Spain and France? Total rip off and will be leaving Sky mobile asap! 😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam Are you aware if there’s a Safari / Sky conflict? Seem to have the whole house struggling to connect to the Apple OS via WiFi, but no issues with other apps etc. connection via separate mobile network not affected.

@knittinghappy @SkyHelpTeam ah yes because a mobile phone isn't a thing is it... I get that its a service they want to work but if there is a major outage that is going to take a long time to come back on there is no excuse for not taking responsibility to get a mobile as a back up in the meantime

@jimmyredburn @amcgarrigle1703 @SkyHelpTeam Either stick with the speed or leave and take a chance that a different provider will give you whatever minimum speed they quote (but spoiler alert, they won’t be able to as it’s literally the same line with the same broadband being pushed down it with the same speeds)
