    @adamproctor85 @BTGroup @SkyUK Just as bad for me mate,why do you have to call/go online to pause your subscription.They should have automatically paused it and back dated it also. Paying for something you're not getting! 😤🤬 They've just put other parts of their subscription up too, great timing!

    @TheSharpeEnd I will cancel my sky subscription as soon as possible. @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely useless. Sick to death of their inability to help or advise. Can’t get through online or via telephone. Over £110 a month we spend with Sky and the service we get back is a disgrace!

    @SkySports There's millions of quids in the football industry. Mainly from TV subscription channels The league's should distribute that fairly before asking the hard pressed taxpayer to bail them out There are far more important industries than football that have more urgent need of help

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Ongoing issues with a Sky Glass order. After a month of failed orders now being told the Credit Check shows me as deceased (which I am not and my credit report shows I’m not) and there is nothing Sky can do?? Really?? And still no callback!

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I can say for everyone, we don’t want an apology we want the issues to be fixed. Can you give a timeline? Will it be before Christmas or will we be fobbed off until next year?! In the meantime we are still paying a lot of money for a service we don’t receive.
