    Getting fed up with having to continually reboot my @SkyUK sky Q 2tb box. Will work for a couple of days and then freezes, done the remedial work suggested but continues to be a problem. Ffs it’s annoying

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet connection yesterday was terrible and dropped out over 15 times in four hours and today I have NO internet at all . I’m a key worker currently working from home and need my internet !

    @SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

    @SkySports commentators constantly apologising for bad language. If you put multiple microphones pitchside what do you really expect? Personally I think hearing the players is the silver lining to the COVID cloud. It’s like being at a local game. I love it.

    Is @SkyUK the only broadband service that doesn’t provide a dongle as an interim solution absolutely dreadful customer service..it’s not us it’s openreach I didn’t order through them I ordered through @SkyUK

    @HallwoodRon @BigSkell @SkySportsRL So because we were on a lot at the start of the season, we should never be on TV again? That makes no sense. Our TV time has dropped and rightly so due to performances. But to be calling it SkySports Leeds Rhinos at this stage is ridiculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam Getting a letter isn’t the problem . Me signing a contract for a certain price then you raising it every 2 months is . I’m out and I’m not paying a fee to leave contract as as far as I’m concerned you are in breach . Sod you terms and conditions . Way to treat a 20 year customer

    @faye_white @SkyUK Trouble is #skymobile coverage is utter toss where I am and I'm not even remote. Still they can blame O2. About time coverage was improved on the Gower.
