You complain, they sort it, its ok for a few weeks then it seems to go tits up again I'll be leaving as soon as my contracts up if they don't sort it. £100 a month they have off us. Stealing is what it is cos they aren't giving me what I pay for. Fuming.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your customer service an absolute joke. Tried all day to speak to someone but your whole system is seemingly designed to prevent that. I've had a pointless text message that started at lunchtime today! 6 hrs later still no nearer to resolving broadband issue😠

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

    @SkyUK The Q box is garbage tech. The sky hub is garbage tech. The broadband in every capacity is garbage. Sky do not make reliable products and this will be no different. I wouldn’t want to trust sky broadband to stream everything. It’s a no from me

    @SkyUK sky glass was such a tease. We would love to have sky TV via broadband but not at the cost of having to get another TV. A set top box like you offered to people in Italy would have been much better. Massive let down for people in the UK. Guess I'll be keeping my money.
