@SkyHelpTeam decided to upgrade from our old box and get sky Q and we’ve had nothing but problems ever since. Internet drops out all the time, sky boxes are freezing, already spent too much time on the phone to you. It’s ridiculous.

@LucyMangan @SkyUK It’s almost a work of art, how utterly terrible their website is. Tried to upgrade my broadband (and pay them more money) last year. After 4 tries I gave up on a huff.
