    So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

    So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    Understand how busy @SkyHelpTeam are but the phone service is about as bad as I can ever remember....very quick to sign you up but virtually impossible to resolve issues over the phone.

    @SkyHelpTeam moved home a month ago with the VIP service. Since then Sky have made mistake after mistake, cumulating in a third phone call in 3 weeks,following an email last night that stated WE?? had cancelled spotify,supervisor would not speak to resolve,awful service 4 £100 pm

    @OpenreachHelp Em I have now spoken to two people at @SkyHelpTeam about this and, predictably, they have been unable to help. They were only able to speak to your help bot. Is there any other way to “escalate internally” as you say? Your engineer *assured* me this would be fixed in 24 hours.
