@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. I now done a restart and still not working. Im not forking extra cash to get full sky sports package to watch game on Sky Sports Main Event. I paid to watch Scottish Football Internationally and Club games. Get it sorted!!! 🤬
