    Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

    Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

    So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

    @SkyUK hey could you ask Tristan to call me back.I raised a complaint, 72hrs to get back.Nope a week. Tristan said he would call me back before 5pm on Monday. Still waiting. Crap customer service!! Why do I bother?! Gold customer too, what ever that means 🙄#poorcustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam I didn't speak to the tech team I just spoke to the person who answered the phone. They said they would forward this to someone. I think I may ring you again as I wasn't sure whether my problem was really understood.

    @SkyUK terrible customer service. Modem broke - mis-sold us a package. Discounts promised and credits offered after 2hrs on the phone. None have come thru. In fact charged same bill and pay £51 more. Asked for paper bills for my dad, got email. Everyone - use another provider

    @SkyHelpTeam how is it I'm fine to pay £50+ per month for 18 month tv package, yet 10 months later with no problems paying, I'm not ok for £10 per month for a budget phone?? I've got tv, fibre bb, and mobile contracts all due for renewal next year... maybe I should try VM02..🤔
