@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

They have a little spot in the shopping centre where you can go and actually talk to human being which I did today. A rare thing these days otherwise you press buttons and speak to robots!

Waited 3 HOURS to have a conversation with a @SkyHelpTeam agent and he ended the conversation before I was done with my query. It’s laughable that the bot said “thanks for being a loyal customer!” bc like.. this isn’t how you treat loyal customers.
