So after having faulty sky at home for the last 3 weeks, I was promised an engineer last Saturday who didn’t show up, then I rang first thing Monday and logged a complaint and was told someone would call within two days and still no call! Not good is it! 😡 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@Debyoung76 @SkySports He buys fouls but don’t give him the chance. He gets fouled loads but if they don’t go down the refs don’t give, I know what I’d be doing, down every time.

@SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!
