    Just had bizarre support call with @SkyUK owing to repeating recent disconnection from home network. Told that @NETGEAR Orbi is no longer suitable owing to new Sky software and advised to hardwire connection!! Then told me to reconnect BTHub (not used for ages)...

    So my @SkyUK box suddenly stopped working today. No lights, nothing. Tried rebooting it at the Mains, nothing. Only a had this box a few Months after a previous fault. Trying to talk to @SkyHelpTeam on their message app and they are Sooo slow at replying!!

    @webby2691 @SkyHelpTeam I feel the same my evening has been spent on the phone trying to resolve & then to watch copious amounts of customers from kent say “I have no broadband” one after the other to all be met with the same corporate answer “we are not aware of any issues in the kent area” shocking !!
