@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

Well @OfficialPDC, I can say that was the worst coverage ever! Apart from @DanDartsDawson, everything was rubbish! Could only watch on Sky Sports (that kept crashing!) as PDCTV website kicked me off after 2 mins and couldn’t get back on all night! #modusdarts #skysports

@TheSharpeEnd I will cancel my sky subscription as soon as possible. @SkyHelpTeam are absolutely useless. Sick to death of their inability to help or advise. Can’t get through online or via telephone. Over £110 a month we spend with Sky and the service we get back is a disgrace!

Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

Problem with Sunday is there is limited public transport so clubs should put transport on for away games but also if not playing in traditional home area. E.g. if Wolves get promoted won't be in Wolverhampton.

@SkyHelpTeam had an Openreach engineer out last week to fix broadband issue and they installed a new MK4 master socket. Ever since then our speeds have dropped from an average of 71mbs to around 57mbs (service checker). Can’t seem to find a way to get in touch with someone.
