@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

At White Hart Lane. Don’t know if it was evident in @SkySports but boos ringing around stadium after #hatton win. Judges dodgy but fair play to the boxing fans who wanted Hatton to win but knew result was wrong. A loss for Hatton wouldn’t have been bad. Boxing looks stupid again
