I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been on/off for 24hrs now in Flintshire. Varying speeds from Nothing to 100mb max when paying for 900mb. Wifi not working either; Hub not assigning IP addresses or dropping devices constantly. What’s going on?!! Showed major outage yesterday but clear now.
