@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

So day 5 of @DPDgroup_news being the worst f’in delivery company. My parcel has not moved in days every night they push the delivery back again. No contact from @SkyHelpTeam who don’t seem to care a £600 phone is missing. Not to mention this was a present for tomorrow. #DPD

@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyUK an idiot crashed into the connection box near us. No wifi since Sunday, will be down for several more days. BT customers being sent a widget to provide hybrid broadband. Whereas I can’t even speak to anyone at sky to get help or compensation #sky

@SkyHelpTeam Hub never reports any outage even when there is one, 10/10 times even when there is an issue area wide with the broadband it isn't listed as an outage. I have no problem waiting for problems to be fixed but I pay extra so sky knows there's a problem before I do...

@SkyHelpTeam Ended up booking an engineer again... last time this happened it wasn't a problem on my end and even though I cancelled the engineer appointment through my app, the engineer come out and it had been back on for 2 days lol

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you but mysky app does my checks for me and it's not showing an outage and if it picked up other WiFi signals that it usually does o would think it's something on my end but all bt and sky WiFi signals my phone easily picks up are gone so it's logically a bigger issue.

@SkyHelpTeam is there a mass outage in the UK with sky broadband? I am in Scotland and my hub won't connect at all and when I search for a signal all bt and sky WiFi signals are dead in the area. is this a larger issue? An idea on what's going on would ease people's minds.
