    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    Absolutely disgusting service by @skytv @SkyHelpTeam after 10 years plus as a customer. Called to cancel. They can’t and will call me back in two weeks because she’s on Annual leave and no one else can call me back. Absolute farce. Have to call again on Monday and go again!
