    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    On to a week without broadband, with no help or updates from @SkyHelpTeam. Even managed to get an extra 4GB for free from my mobile network, but then I’m looking at £4 a day after that. Great when I’ll be paying £69 for service I haven’t received when it comes to bill day 👍🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam No, all other devices connect to the new hub fine and did so immediately. We were having q box connection problems with the old hub in the last few weeks though but after persevering it would connect. I assumed a new hub would fix that, but its worse.
