    @steve18harvey @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous. And they never contact you. You have to do all of the chasing. Well, they can chase me for my money. My response times will mirror the ‘service’ I’ve received.

    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @MattWilson1889 @SkyHelpTeam 💯 they say to ring up and put you on hold for hours on end, I don’t have the time for it, call as a new customer and someone speaks to you straight away until you tell them why you’ve called and get out back on hold again, they’re shocking!
