@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Unimpressed that after moving to sky and getting much worse Wi-fi coverage than previous supplier, your only solution is we pay extra for boosters. Coverage doesn’t even reach 15 feet from router to PC. How can that be acceptable?

@SkyHelpTeam I would guess the delay is because its 1 pole to service 1 house so its a large cost. We are on a residential street in a large town, we aren't in a field in the middle of nowhere. I understand you cant do anything but if I call your number I get through to..
