@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

@SkyHelpTeam The issue yesterday (saying resolved) about not being able to connect to a stream on SkyGo is still going on - neither my laptop nor tablet can connect to a stream (live or pre-recorded). My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

164 MB/S with @ThreeUK 5G service. I'll be cancelling my @SkyUK as I'm on their ultra fast broadband and only get between 40 and 50 MB/S. With soaring energy prices and cost of living at an all time high, some providers need to wise up with their pricing and service.

@EmmaLarkins1986 @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam It’s annoying because I can’t get Virgin either at the minute every other flat in the block can but not the one I’m in (don’t think it was upgraded when the others were) so I’m stuck with Sky. Swear it goes down everyday, sometimes just for like a minute aswell.
