    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

    We can look at our own club and see the tests for take over clubs is not fit for purpose. We can use #avfc as another example club that nearly went under trying to get back in the prem. 70% of the issue is money from TV never goes to anyone.. #Bury #bolton #wba #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam That is showing no issues. So your info updates are just not working. Appreciate the engineers are working on it but we really need an update as I’m having to reschedule important online meetings, as I’m sure lots of people are and it’s causing a major disruption to my business.
