@SkyHelpTeam Hi, it works fine on my ps4. But on my laptop it is extremely laggy! It will work eventually but I have to come in and out of the app numerous times before I cant watch it without any problems

Worth mentioning to anyone spoken to that if they don't solve the issue asap you want a 'deadlock letter' so you can raise the case with the ombudsman.

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to cancel my Sky TV package is next to impossible Broadband was cancelled as I couldn’t get to speak with anyone so I transferred the broadband to a local company & suddenly was flooded with offers I emailed my notice last week but no one has come back yet
