@SkyHelpTeam hi I've recently had a new sky Q box, and it's excruciatingly slow- the remote/ box doesn't react when you press buttons, theres a significant delay in them reacting. What's going on?

@SkyHelpTeam @i_am_bmiller Pointless saying to do that. Just says there's no problem. But there clearly I'd as so many people across the country are experiencing either no broadband or it dropping in and out. I've had nothing for hours.

Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

You are receiving EXACTLY the same broadband through your line you are just paying a different company for it. If you have an issue on the line you would have the exact same issue regardless of the provider
