@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam Long story but proven today that their Q box was connected to our password protected router. It had our router name as their network connection and at one point I could see their recordings on our mini. I know it sounds weird but it happened. Question is how?

Cannot believe after spending 1hr 30mins on the phone to @SkyUK to rectify my Broadband issues the best thing they could offer me was to move to another provider! Another stress added for a #keyworker! That's what you get for 7yrs of commitment and being a VIP customer!

@SkyHelpTeam The broadband just is not stable - works ok sometimes but drops out a lot. Even the 2nd Q box buffers loads and cuts off due to signal. Its shockingly bad even at times stood in front of the router!
