    So tomorrow will be 5 weeks without any internet service from @SkyUK they can’t sort the issue out with @OpenreachHelp made numerous phone calls and no one can give me any time scales as to when this will be sorted out… I give up

    @SkyHelpTeam Well it’s available to watch and download on the #All4 app, just not through the #All4 menu section on my Sky box so isn’t that an issue with your services then?

    @SkyUK I record everything. I never watch live. Not everything on Sky is available for catchup. Hence a hard drive is a non-negotiable. #skyglass

    @SkyHelpTeam @i_am_bmiller Pointless saying to do that. Just says there's no problem. But there clearly I'd as so many people across the country are experiencing either no broadband or it dropping in and out. I've had nothing for hours.

    Can’t believe how long it has taken for @SkyUK to sort out the broadband…went down on 7th August 2021 and still no service. Unbelievable.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can I DM you my details and please can you try to give me some kind of update as I have no faith in calling in. I have done this on numerous occasions and no one can give me any time scales or an update as to when I will get internet service again. I have had to pay for more data

    Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

    @SkySports Well Tommy fury and Tyson fury Have been fighting since they were young I expect a confortable win for Tommy fury ,he,s gonna beat that paul guy like a Slave and why wouldnt you ,he,s been bad mouthing 4 ages ,i expect Tommy fury to hold him up and Crush him . EASILY

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely horrendous service outsourcing to India. the level of incompetence.They can't deal with simple issues and give totally the wrong information! I need someone to contact me urgently you are charging me the wrong amount after agreeing a different amount!

    Decided to switch mobile provider from Vodafone to Sky after 8 years & its by far the worst choice 😑 @SkyHelpTeam it's been a whole working week and your advisors have been unable to activate my sim. They are now requesting me to wait another 5 working days 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam any reason why I get a blue screen on the tv channels? The streaming services (Netflix, Amazon etc.) work. I’ve had so many technical issues with Sky Glass over the last year. It seems bizarre you’re about to increase my monthly subscription by £8 😡
