    @SkyHelpTeam I've been trying for over 3 weeks now to speak to someone on the App Support team to resolve my Sky Go issues. For the 2nd night in a row I was put on hold by 1st line in a queue to them and my call was hung up on. PLEASE HELP!

    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    @_gl_lxuise @SkyUK @virginmedia Same problem here. They keep saying they have fixed the issue when they clearly haven’t. They are good at putting prices up but not at fixing issues. I’m going back to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks so much. I’ve spoken to @SkyUK just now and managed to reduce my bill by £5. But I’ve been charged a £10 admin fee! So I’m be in my charged for signing up for another 18months, I’m clearly not a valued customer because I have to pay for the privilege! It’s profiteering!
