@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyUK have just set up sky go on my PS5 most things are working great however when I try and watch certain series on box sets(sky witness) I get the error message. You will need to be a Sky TV customer with the relevant pack to watch this program I have the entertainment package

@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@dalemoon90 @SkySports Just said the same about Carra. It got worst and more Fanzone related when Origi came on and scored. They could always spice it up in the future and have an ex pro from each club Co-commentating along side the commentator, I think that would be received well. But earlier was bias

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. For the 2nd visit it was a loop fault on the line that BT Openreach had to fix. Currently my speed is now back up to 5Mbps so is useable but it seems every few days it'll drop below 1Mbps for 12-24 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have gone through the help section and troubleshooting!! 😩 *I need Sky to verify the Firmware of my Router and check all my Wifi Settings*. I have major dropouts and data loss when videos run which is a HUGE problem. I am a Sky diamond customer but WiFi is failing 😩

.@SkyHelpTeam several times I have booked an engineer to fix our internet issues. I had one booked for today but had NO confirmation. I have been waiting all day for an engineer to turn up and have been on the phone to your team for over 40 minutes
