So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

@SkyHelpTeam Is there a known issue with hard disks resetting for no apparent reason on Sky Q boxes too? Ours has done just this and deleted all recordings, all scheduled recordings etc. It's like a brand new box

@SkyHelpTeam Interesting to hear this. The person I spoke to at sky told me that the issue was with my router and she has arranged for a new one to be sent out. Wonder how many other people have been sent out new routers when there was no actual issue with them
