@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@SkyHelpTeam This is poor. I have been with sky for years. I have had to cancel the sports but new customers can get it cheap?! My basic package runs out next year but I can’t see myself renewing.

@SkyUK You have just lost a customer. I phoned 4 days early to give more than required notice to cancel Sports and told to call back in 4 days. The agent was superb by the way. Consider Sports cancelled and the rest at end of contract.
