@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi William, Sorry to report that didn’t fix the issue… All 3 boxes are Sky+HD 2TB. I was lucky enough to try an old white Pace box with one of my cards and that does not have the issue - I hope this info helps

@SkyHelpTeam is the internet in my area PO12 down as no internet since 10.30, rebooted and run the test, says to book and engineer which earliest is Friday. I work from home so having to find alternative arrangements not ideal we also haven’t even been with you for a month yet

@SkyHelpTeam My sky broadcast has gone AWOL. I tried running test to be told no broadband. I live in #BERKHAMSTED. I've Have had more issues with sky in the last 2 weeks,thsn in the last 35 years.I also have sky HD Which is far ,far better than other sky products in my opinion.
