You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. Sky asked her not to cancel & offered £26 a month for the slower speed she was already on. Told them no & moved off Sky.

EE was charging me £55 for 500gbs and every time I queried it was because of the service they provided is so much better , I only ever wanted them to sort glitches and had to go through phone robots, now with virgin 1100gbs £30 not a glitch!

Feel like we are being forced to pay massive rises in prices because they are so desperate to keep the football and have to pay through the nose for it. I’m £130 better off.
