It won't hurt your profits that much and will probably gain more customers

People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

Last time this happened I paid a fortune to upgrade my broadband, to later find out it was an outside issue! Canceling the subscription seems to be the better option!
