@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, it works fine on my ps4. But on my laptop it is extremely laggy! It will work eventually but I have to come in and out of the app numerous times before I cant watch it without any problems

@SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

@SkyUK Why can I not watch my previously recorded tv when I have a blocked satellite signal? They were recorded before the signal was lost (have scaffolding blocking the dish while the roof is repaired).

@SkyHelpTeam Slightly better this morning, but it's been on/off for most of Nov. I don't see how adding 2GB to my data piggy bank can be classed as compensation that wouldn't covering my data usage if I hot spots off my phone; it wouldn’t be possible anyway as sky mobile network is shocking.
