@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

@SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

@SkyHelpTeam our wifi doesn’t work due to a “dropped connection”, so having to use my 4G which is also doesn’t work (sky mobile), why is everything so bad? We had to report the internet speed last night and was told and engineer would be sorting within 2 days

@UtdArena 99% of fans who are spending money in the stadium, on merch, SkySports streaming packages will not sit down for 9min to watch this. This goes way over their heads and will simply click off instantly. Anger/comparisons/ rumors… SELL and thats all that matters at the end.
