@SkyHelpTeam Ermm, I have no Internet when I woke up. The issues affecting my service are for the north. It is apparent from the Twitter activity there is a wider problem. I’ve just renewed my contract which is now under review… seems a waste to get an engineer out for an external issue?

@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

@SkyHelpTeam It won't fix the issue because I've used Sky go on multiple devices in different places at its just a badly run app. Disney Plus, Amazon and Netfix are far superior on how smooth they run.

Have basically the same package for £38 with BT now. I would call BT and go with them. Tell them the end date 1/2
