.@SkyUK absolutely shocking service. New customer. Failed to turn up on Monday for Broadband - reappointed for today, still didn’t come. Didn’t call to advise. Next date is the 28th!!!! Asked to be put through to disconnections and after 5 more minutes I’ve been cut off! Awful.

@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.
