@JonathanShaw5 @SkySports @GNev2 Needs to be a salary cap. But the premier league will never go for it as inevitably we won’t attract the absolute highest calibre players which is their cash cow. In turn they think they’ll get less money in their own pockets… and therefore in the EFL things will never change.
