@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Phoned yesterday morning at 8 and was told it would be fixed within 24 hours which is hasn’t. It states on sky’s website all issues will be fixed within 5 days it hasn’t. We are in the process of moving to another provider.
