@SkyHelpTeam The issue yesterday (saying resolved) about not being able to connect to a stream on SkyGo is still going on - neither my laptop nor tablet can connect to a stream (live or pre-recorded). My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my mother is having issues with sky go, whenever she tries to access it on her mobile it says she needs a subscription but it is included in her monthly bill total. She has tried ringing but keeps getting confused by your dialler
