@SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

So tomorrow will be 5 weeks without any internet service from @SkyUK they can’t sort the issue out with @OpenreachHelp made numerous phone calls and no one can give me any time scales as to when this will be sorted out… I give up

@SkyHelpTeam Can I DM you my details and please can you try to give me some kind of update as I have no faith in calling in. I have done this on numerous occasions and no one can give me any time scales or an update as to when I will get internet service again. I have had to pay for more data

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband has gone down so I go straight to the app and go through the whole ‘test my hub’ section… it then says I require an engineer that will cost ME £15… you having a laugh?

@SkyHelpTeam It seems ok this morning after rebooting but every night the WiFi signal to internet is broke for at least an hour this has been happening for at least 2 weeks

Decided to switch mobile provider from Vodafone to Sky after 8 years a its by far the worst choice 😑 @SkyHelpTeam it's been a whole working week and your advisors have been unable to activate my sim. They are now requesting me to wait another 5 working days 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I have got in touch…..told a manager would ring back…….nothing!!!! Shall I just keep ringing explain my problem again get told that a manager will ring me back as they can’t deal with my complaint. 24 years of loyal service and treated like crap
