  @SkyHelpTeam Hi, earlier today I had my broadband connection cut off. I called to be told it shall take up to 5 working days for an engineer to fix the issue in the area. Not a great time to loose internet whilst in isolation.

  @SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

  @SkyHelpTeam is something going on at the moment? I’ve done countless speed tests and they all say my internet is very fast but I cant load anything on my phone 80% of the time, my ping in-game is very high, and my connection to game servers and parties is awful.
