@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@sldf26 @SkyUK I’ve spoken to a friend who lives 3 miles away and he has no issues. It’s bloody annoying, especially when you’re paying £100+ a month

@SkyHelpTeam have ongoing issues with broadband speeds dropping, connection quality dipping, latency sky rocketing and generally spotty connection. I have tried all the fixes including removing / pausing connection for devices I know the speed arriving to the router is ok. Help.
