You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. Spent a week or so ringing to try and get the deal to be told no. Left and never looked back. TV services are overpriced. Their broadband felt throttled all the time. Leave
