    @SkyHelpTeam people are out of work locked at home with children who are unsettled couldn't you do something to help, free movies or kids channels at weekends or for a certain time during the day. It won't hurt your profits that much and will probably gain more customers

    @SkySports Leeds managed it! Elsewhere in the world players/clubs have managed it... PFA seem to be saying that players are only taking full pay to help the govt and NHS. Laughable.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    @SkyHelpTeam what's up with broadband? Ever since your email saying prices are going up, the service has been shocking. Connection constantly drops out. 5 times today alone the router has lost connection. Really not helpful when WFH (on a wired connection too, not WiFi).

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m aware of the test. Unfortunately it often says its running smoothly when in fact nothing is working! Last time this happened I paid a fortune to upgrade my broadband, to later find out it was an outside issue! Canceling the subscription seems to be the better option!

    @SkyHelpTeam - my sky broadband has been out since Wednesday, can't get an engineer out till Tuesday, as they don't work weekends around our area, I mean I work mon-fri, will I get a reduction in my bill for loss of service??

And the lip synching issue is becoming more of an issue. And the tv turns off, and and
