@SkyHelpTeam It seems ok this morning after rebooting but every night the WiFi signal to internet is broke for at least an hour this has been happening for at least 2 weeks

@SkyHelpTeam @i_am_bmiller Pointless saying to do that. Just says there's no problem. But there clearly I'd as so many people across the country are experiencing either no broadband or it dropping in and out. I've had nothing for hours.

Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

@SkyUK seriously it’s half term have a 17 yr old and WiFi down now all day!!! Not at all impressed - minimal communication given about the problem or when it is likely to be resolved B98!!!

So tomorrow will be 5 weeks without any internet service from @SkyUK they can’t sort the issue out with @OpenreachHelp made numerous phone calls and no one can give me any time scales as to when this will be sorted out… I give up

@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to contact someone at sky to speak to someone I was put through to two wrong departments to now I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up on. The automated help is putting me through to the wrong people. All I need to do is speak to someone!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes, got new 2Tb yesterday, after plugging up as per old 2Tb box it set output to 1080i and gave error codes when trying to set UHD. Had to swap cable setup to get it to work, now have issues with no sound on apps as previously mentioned. Also no sound on Prime app.

Always easy to call out bad customer service on here, but people often forget to praise those who do a great job. Had @skytv installed today & the engineer couldn't have been more helpful - especially with current regs making installs harder to do. Hats off to him. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyMobile @SkyHelpTeam just moving our phones over to Sky from EE. We set up the phone and its moved to find our signal at home shows no signal or 1 and no 4G just H+. On phone to get help 50 min was cut off Joke
