    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, earlier today I had my broadband connection cut off. I called to be told it shall take up to 5 working days for an engineer to fix the issue in the area. Not a great time to loose internet whilst in isolation.

    @OpenreachHelp please explain why your team simply isn’t communicating with each other we’ve been with out @SkyHelpTeam broadband now for 10 days! Spending £££ on mobile data, no form of compensation no idea when the internet’s back absolute shambles of a service!! Unbelievable!

    @SkySports Leeds managed it! Elsewhere in the world players/clubs have managed it... PFA seem to be saying that players are only taking full pay to help the govt and NHS. Laughable.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

    @SkyUK your internet right now totally sucks...it’s been on and off for over a week now despite being reported...working from home and homeschooling is keeping us busy enough without losing internet for hours every day

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

    @SkyHelpTeam people are out of work locked at home with children who are unsettled couldn't you do something to help, free movies or kids channels at weekends or for a certain time during the day. It won't hurt your profits that much and will probably gain more customers

    @K_Reidy @SkySports Because people aren’t happy where the lines are drawn. Like @GNev2 said, it’s always an inch. Doesn’t matter where the line is drawn from, it just has to be consistent. He suggested the standing foot. My opinion is the front foot. That’s the real issue. Not VAR

    @SkyHelpTeam You know you are just repeating what the previous person said. You have no idea how frustrating it is! We had to raise a formal complaint to even get SkyQ in the first place. Then your engineer doesn't turn up and noone had the courtesy to tell us they weren't coming. Really poor
