    @_gl_lxuise @SkyUK @virginmedia Same problem here. They keep saying they have fixed the issue when they clearly haven’t. They are good at putting prices up but not at fixing issues. I’m going back to Sky.

    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    @sianwilliams100 @SkyUK Similar experience Sian, when my wife was seriously ill in a nursing home I stayed with her so many hours.I was late home each evening decided to cancel Sky, but they let me have a free subs for 6 months then £11 a month for 6 months.And they sent Linda a lovely bunch of flowers.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already done that. This has happened before where it’s an issue on your end not mine. Can you update your servers/do whatever needs doing on your end please. Using the work one you test with won’t show the same results as customers.
