@OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

Just got off the phone from @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam awful experience. I have good broadband from #sky but only in one room. I called to get a booster and was advised I would need to get the tv package. So my monthly repayments would increase from 55 to over 100.Calling #Vodafone

@SkyHelpTeam so the high price remained . The customer services team spoke to my brother in regards to prices but I wanted to ask if you could look into her account and offer a good Will refund. She lives on her own and I believe the cost per month should have been reduced prior to now
