@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

@SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

@SkyHelpTeam #skyvip more like pass u to 10 people don't even sort out your sky and for the basic passage charge me £60 even thou j tried to cancel I am now left without WiFi that I need for my care assistant alarm 6 months and nothing when I though it was sorted on 7th July!!

@SkyHelpTeam I took out a sky mobile contact for £9 a month on a Samsung A22 now I’ve tried ringing sky mobile to no avail the bill is now in its hundreds of pounds a month!! With no one to explain this con I’m very upset been with sky for 15 years never missed a payment!
