@SkyHelpTeam 2. The person I did manage to speak to explained this a known issue with CCA and how this is handled. I’m sure there are consumer protection agencies around financial services that would be interested to know you appear to be willingly compromising your customers.

@SkyHelpTeam 1. ordered SkyGlass yesterday, had a text reminder to sign agreement at 8pm (no other comms on this at all), link doesn’t work and then email at 8.05pm saying my orders cancelled. Called, and your Glass team finishes at 8pm. Awful service.
