@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam We have fibre broadband but this fibre has always been poor in the living room yet i pay for sky boost and get nowt so i think the whole lot will be returned
