@SkySports @skysports continue with the repetition of an incident and repeatedly naming an individual who has had to hire security due death threats to him and his family. This constant harassment is unacceptable and unnecessary and adds fuel to the abuse suffered by them @Ofcom

Umm @SkyUK you can’t text someone before 9 am informing them there is an issue with their broadband and then send somebody to their door without any warning or phone call or even text that somebody was coming out. I was doing an online hospital appointment.

@SkyHelpTeam My issue isn’t a fact I was interrupted, my issue is that no one told me someone would be coming to my house. I’m disabled and I’m home alone, it’s nice to be told that somebody is going to to appear at your door to do work needed done.

@SkyUK I can't afford to keep calling you every time your service drops out in G74, but this is ridiculous. Drops out multiple times a day, every day for the last month, despite numerous calls to techs, and doing self fixes online. No wonder we're switching to @virginmedia #joke
