    @SkyHelpTeam Can I DM you my details and please can you try to give me some kind of update as I have no faith in calling in. I have done this on numerous occasions and no one can give me any time scales or an update as to when I will get internet service again. I have had to pay for more data

    @SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has gone down so I go straight to the app and go through the whole ‘test my hub’ section… it then says I require an engineer that will cost ME £15… you having a laugh?

    So tomorrow will be 5 weeks without any internet service from @SkyUK they can’t sort the issue out with @OpenreachHelp made numerous phone calls and no one can give me any time scales as to when this will be sorted out… I give up

    Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

    Can’t believe how long it has taken for @SkyUK to sort out the broadband…went down on 7th August 2021 and still no service. Unbelievable.

    @SkyUK I record everything. I never watch live. Not everything on Sky is available for catchup. Hence a hard drive is a non-negotiable. #skyglass

    @SkyHelpTeam @i_am_bmiller Pointless saying to do that. Just says there's no problem. But there clearly I'd as so many people across the country are experiencing either no broadband or it dropping in and out. I've had nothing for hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam Was told external problem told engineer would attend no need to be at home ! at this moment in time I have 3 engineer investigation in process 1 from 22 June. 1 from 23 June and 28 June !! Still no broadband !!

    Why does @SkyUK make it so hard to change my package. All I want to do is cancel sky cinema but got to talk to a automated service that can’t understand me. So frustrating.

    @skytv @SkyUK WOW ! I’ve been paying you £17 a mntb for 9-10 mnths for a service you’ve never really provided ( my broadband) at YOUR contractual speed. You advised I should leave you and you have offered me 1 payment of £17 back, out of £153 worth of payments I made already 🤬
