    @SkyHelpTeam This is totally unacceptable. I know I’ll call my boss & say I may be able to work at some stage today. In times like these where work is being done from home so we don’t catch a pandemic your service is shocking

    The new @SkySports #scorecentre app is slow, lagging and just not very user intuitive. I like the cleanliness and design but that’s about all.

    .@SkyUK absolutely shocking service. New customer. Failed to turn up on Monday for Broadband - reappointed for today, still didn’t come. Didn’t call to advise. Next date is the 28th!!!! Asked to be put through to disconnections and after 5 more minutes I’ve been cut off! Awful.

    @SkySports @skysports continue with the repetition of an incident and repeatedly naming an individual who has had to hire security due death threats to him and his family. This constant harassment is unacceptable and unnecessary and adds fuel to the abuse suffered by them @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam is your website having issues. My daughter trying to set up a new sky tv and internet package and it keeps saying ‘she may already be a customer’ she’s never been. Tried off 3 different devices and even phone lines not working

    The reason we have #VAR is because in my opinion the likes of #SkySports and #btsport and the TV companies in my opinion pushing for it. Cancel your subscriptions now to show them it's killing the game and we don't want or need it

    @SkyHelpTeam Yet again our broadband has been out today for several hours. Back on now. But intermittent problems since last month across Bridgnorth. Lots of people thinking of leaving sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Spoke to an “adviser”yesterday about a reoccurring issue with tv box going on and off and not working for hours on end. Got an engineer coming out in......7 days time. Not good enough!

    @mowglib @aernai99 @SkySports I presume you are referring to article 15.3, which anyone with legal knowledge will tell you does not give the RD authority to do what he likes and therefore yes rules were broken and Mercedes’ have a strong case

    2/2 we only have HD for 5mths free and nearly 1 month of that we haven't been able to download anything on HD ffs.. still no word on a fix its a wk b4 xmas and no update even posted by @SkyHelpTeam..I assume of it was affecting sky broadband it would have been fixed already smh

    @SkyHelpTeam why is on demand not working? Says download failed on every Sky programme (BBC and 4 work perfect). Of course I’ve checked connections, updated software, restarted, etc. Pay a lot of money for this service

    @andrewbensonf1 Who cares? F1 is dead as a real sport and tired hacks like @andrewbenson are part of the problem with their meek probing of clear foul play. Sky right to move it out of the SkySports package and into the Entertainment bundle where it and the lightweight pundits belong.
