@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I would say literally 100’s of times over the last 8 weeks. First because of very slow speeds and over the last few weeks because of being repeatedly disconnected. There’s a guy in the BT box at the top of the road, I guess everyone is having problems and complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

@Angriper @virginmedia @SkyUK If I could get Sky here (at least decent speeds) I'd have switched years ago mate. Although, the way things are going, I'd be better off with poor download speed and uptime, rather than super fast speeds and always down.

@SkyUK I’m out of my minimum contract, paying £35 a month for super fast. You’ve been trying to tie me down for 18 months at £30 but I refused as I was waiting for a better deal. Surprisingly this deal comes up yet I can’t seem to upgrade to it, bet if I was a new customer I’d of got it

@SkyHelpTeam I had sky q installed on 29 Nov. The engineers offered a free trial of sky cinema which i took and they said i would get an email after a month to cancel if i wanted to do so. I have not received an email? How do i cancel?
