@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

@SkyHelpTeam It connects us after for anywhere between 5mins - 1 hour then drops out again and the cycle continues. A complain to sky has been made, and we are awaiting contact, however as no wifi and we use wifi calling (no signal) then we might not be able to answer the call..
