@SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

@SkyHelpTeam done all the tests including removing all devices but phone alone gives no dial tone and no broadband. Stopped about 5pm last night. Next door on sky and it's fine for them. 2 kids to home school and me to work from home. Any help appreciated.

@ianwilliamsraci @SkySports Your client should stop watching TV altogether if they get wound up about an advert, albeit a bad one. Likewise he or she should never venture outside just in case they catch sight of any billboards or posters. They should also stay off the internet, as it's full of ads imo 😎
