They never genuinely want to help. Bad Service has led to us leaving for @SkyUK. 30 Years with them all we've had is bad service, overcharged, slow internet but worst of all disgusting #CustomerService Has left us very upset.

@SkyUK I suggest you train “Alfie” from your loyalty team how to deal with a rejection. I get he is on a dialler but to simply hang up half way through me speaking is just rude as I said I just amended my package. Certainly be considering switching after that awful service

Outrageous behaviour from @SkyUK I have been a customer for 25 years I renewed my contract 11/11/21 & upgraded to a Sky Q box with an 18 month contract. @SkyUK have unilaterally increased the charges monthly , now 50% higher than the contracted price! Diabolical!

@SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner The cost should stay the same for the duration of the contract. It’s on that basis that the customer has entered into the contract in the first place. Prices may go up but shouldn’t affect those already with agreements in place. #skytv

@claudelittner @SkyUK I’ve raised this with sky many times. I’m not interested in “VIP experiences” which you never get as they’re selected at random. I just want a decent product at a reasonable price like any consumer would. Perhaps they need to focus on their products and not all the extras.
