    @SkyUK hi, our internet used to work great, but since we changed to sky Q it’s awful! It drops all the time! Wish we hadn’t bothered changing sometimes! Especially as you need the internet for the Q boxes!

    Hi @SkySports, it’s a bit ridiculous that you’re showing the Chinese Super League on Football HD in full quality while Blackburn - Leeds is relegated to the red button and the feed keeps dropping down to what looks like 240p at 15fps. Completely unwatchable at times.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there something wrong with Q. It’s been on & working fine, then all of a sudden today all sky channels are v quiet. We’re on max volume, & can barely hear it. All other sources are incredibly loud so only issue is with sky? Nothings been changed my end. Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky box replaced 2 weeks ago due to fault, already broken, can't send engineer for over a week, or send replacement box. Imagine if Netflix was down for a week, and Sky is double the price. Very poor.
