@AlexJamesSport Disappointing to see @SkySports claim (no byline) that the under-soil 👀 heating *struggled to cope* when it was clear - visually and logically - that the issue was the speed at which the snow was landing on the pitch and stadium, and nothing to do with sub-surface temperatures.

Trying to cancel @SkyUK. Online they tell you to give notice but not how to. Doesn’t seem to be a way of doing it online. A phone number takes quite some searching and then the wait time is over 30 mins. They appear ti think they can prevent cancellation by making it hard.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I’ve cancelled my contract and already swapped numbers with new network. I’ve received confirmation from sky my account is closed, I’ve requested pre paid package to return device and nothing, I can’t get through to anyone without having to wait 35 minutes.

@SkyHelpTeam @Monkletons Big issue with ITV as it the only channel that’s a problem, you can’t just record one program but it picks up the whole series. Difficult to navigate at times and you can’t search a channel by days but you have to search by the hour. It’s 50/50 for me whether I keep it or not?
