@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to an “adviser”yesterday about a reoccurring issue with tv box going on and off and not working for hours on end. Got an engineer coming out in......7 days time. Not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

@SkyHelpTeam I know the best way to see my bills is online that’s why I tweeted you because although the email promises 6 months @ £5 I’m only getting that for September. My October bill is £19. I can’t connect with one of your experts because I’m not in a vulnerable category. Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam I've been waiting 5 weeks for my broadband to be connected, FIVE. Told they need a hoist to fit it, but every single time someone comes out a hoist is never brought. No one seems to communicate with each other. This is without a doubt the worst service I've ever had
