It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

Used to ask them to cancel and every time they’d eventually drop the price, but got bored of having to play this game after 25 years and finally ditched them! Just had a call to renew, it’s now £30! They said bcos im a loyal customer! Not heard that before 👏 Fire stick and BB. Cheaper by more than 50%
