@SkyHelpTeam Hi, had skyQ for 4 days (moved house) & it’s tried to update and failed & box is now stuck. Being told no engineers until January. I’ve been with sky for 10 years and this is awful for Christmas and 2 kids. Please help.

I’m just watching @SkySports Championship season review 2017/18 and it’s 20 games through the season and not one mention and zero footage of @MillwallFC and we just missed out on the playoffs after promotion from League One. That’s poor @SkySports 🤢@tv_lions

@SkyUK so disgusted with your service. I was watching Young Rock which was screened on Sky Comedy with subtitles. Halfway through the season watched up to episode 6 and then the rest are showing on “peacock” with NO SUBTITLES! Absolute joke!

During one half of football on #skysports I have lost sound. Lost picture. Programme restarted twice had sound from another programme its froze 4 times ! Can’t wait to get rid. If Only I can get hold of @SkyHelpTeam to cancel !! Living with #skyglass
