@SkyHelpTeam I know the best way to see my bills is online that’s why I tweeted you because although the email promises 6 months @ £5 I’m only getting that for September. My October bill is £19. I can’t connect with one of your experts because I’m not in a vulnerable category. Please help!

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam a 3rd party accidentally cut thru a cable yesterday disrupting work & study across a huge area but, a bigger worry was loss of comms for those alone in lockdown. THANK YOU to your engineers who worked thru the night so we awoke to a fully restored service.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

@SkyHelpTeam hi. Is there an issue in DY4 9 area. The SSID is not showing in the WiFi scan so WiFi has dropped. Router rebooted but still not showing so unable to connect to WiFi on phone\tablet. No sky SSIDs are showing. Normally there are 5 in the list?

@SkyHelpTeam VIP and a customer of sky for 19 years , paying approx 3k per year for tv , broadband and mobile contracts. Called today to get a better deal and be competitive with the market place, unfortunately couldn’t help! Just lost 50k for the next 19 years 😞
