    @sjdhatters @SkyHelpTeam Did mine via my Sky account. Had refused at £100. When I saw (Xmas Eve I think) that it was now down to £25, seemed too small an amount about which to quibble.

    @booqpr @SkyHelpTeam I had the same problem - connected but no throughput. Seems to be working again now but has been up and down all morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam was absolutely at my wits end with the service I’ve been receiving. Spoke to big Scottish Brian as he describes himself on the cancellation team, and he’s the only reason I have considered staying with yourselves. New router new booster new contract, couldn’t help me

    @SkyHelpTeam Just received a 0208 call talking about broadband problems and requesting team viewer access to interrogate the router, are you aware of this scam.

    @AlexJamesSport Disappointing to see @SkySports claim (no byline) that the under-soil 👀 heating *struggled to cope* when it was clear - visually and logically - that the issue was the speed at which the snow was landing on the pitch and stadium, and nothing to do with sub-surface temperatures.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

    @SkyHelpTeam hey there, when I switch from my Sky Q box to Sky Glass (which I’m still intrigued to get) will the times run on satellite signal still or will it still Sky Glass run like 30-45 seconds behind like it does on Sky Go apps?

    @SkyHelpTeam hey there I’m a Sky Q customer. Can I switch my contract from Sky Q to any Sky Glass contract without a need of a new contact? OR do I still have to get a new Sky Glass contract as well as still sticking to my current Sky Q box as well contact when runs out in 2023?

I'd love a prime Matic at United but we never got that version of the player.

    @SkyUK why have you made so difficult to find the sky customer services phone number? To the point I google it, find ‘lots’ online, and I have to divulge my account details and password to them - when I don’t even know if it’s really sky ? Why is the number hidden away ???

    @SkyHelpTeam for the last three days our Sky Fibre has been constantly cutting out. We’ve tried resetting the router countless times and it’s done nothing to help it. What can we (or you) do?
