@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

@SkyHelpTeam Have spoken to them and they can see it’s a outside problem which very likely to be from the engineer yesterday cleaning the pole but can take 5 days not including weekends to have it fixed, how’s that good service for people who are working at home in this current situation

Changing ISP away from @SkyUK and was told it would be cut off at midnight on Friday going into Saturday. But here we are 24 hours earlier with our service cut off. Now there are 2 people hot spotting for work video calls all day. No wonder I left them. #GarbageISP
