Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyUK no Internet atleast 20 to 30 times a day phoned up and tried to speak to someone instead of listening to the problem and trying to help diagnose or fix he was just trying to upsell unacceptable and terrible customer service a had to hang up will be going elsewhere
