@SkyHelpTeam hello there I’m a Sky Q customer. If I bought the Sky Glass TV outright (43 inch for £649) does it mean that my sky monthly bill will then just go up by £13 a month xtra? Does this start a new contract and if so how long for? Kind regards, Jason

@SkyHelpTeam hey there, when I switch from my Sky Q box to Sky Glass (which I’m still intrigued to get) will the times run on satellite signal still or will it still Sky Glass run like 30-45 seconds behind like it does on Sky Go apps?

@SkyHelpTeam hey there I’m a Sky Q customer. Can I switch my contract from Sky Q to any Sky Glass contract without a need of a new contact? OR do I still have to get a new Sky Glass contract as well as still sticking to my current Sky Q box as well contact when runs out in 2023?

ALREADY PAY FOR EXTRA FOR SPORTS ON SKY. PISSED OF not paying £15 pounds more to watch villa pay. Very upset. Not happy. @SkySports thinking of just having Bt sports in future.😡🤬🤬🤬😡😡if this is how you treat your customers 😡

@SkyHelpTeam The link isn't working. However I have emailed Jeremy Darroch twice without reply. I am without Broadband. Sky Broadband team have been no help at all. I am unable to work, use the internet or even watch the tv I have paid for on subscription. Somebody needs to take action now!!

@SkyUK time to cancel your terrible broadband. 12MB download, 1.5MB upload, I've changed channels, you sent me a new router (made it worse) Currently running Fortnite update and first gigabyte has taken 35 minutes. I pay you £145 a month and your 'help' doesn't help

@SkyHelpTeam I am writing because I am weary of trying to circumvent your phone system which tries to send me a text to answer a complex problem. I am also upset that even though I placed a Broadband order on 2 Nov, I have been told it won’t be delivered until 29 Jan!
