Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyUK A couple of months ago I contacted you asking you to cancel my TV service. A week later I checked, no TV service, I thought all was fine but you are still charging me. I have cancelled my direct debit so that you can't steal any more money from me.
