    @SkyUK I’m a Sky sports/movies HD customer. I want UHD but do not need or want multi room. The 2 packages are completely different so why club them together. I’d even pay a UHD extra although I shouldn’t have to because I already pay for the HD package. Come on Sky sort it out

    @buckybantam @denofgeek @dave_norris One problem with this: there’s a bug in recent sky boxes that means any standard definition channel showing 4:3 (e.g. Taking Pictures TV) doesn’t trigger the aspect ratio change on your TV. @SkyUK don’t want to know.

    @SkyUK I am a TV customer of yours. I was a customer of yours for my broadband for 4 weeks... after 4 weeks I was no nearer to getting an internet connection than I am now. If you can guarantee my broadband connection before Christmas then I’m all ears 👂🏻

    Hi @SkySports, it’s a bit ridiculous that you’re showing the Chinese Super League on Football HD in full quality while Blackburn - Leeds is relegated to the red button and the feed keeps dropping down to what looks like 240p at 15fps. Completely unwatchable at times.

    @SkyHelpTeam still nothing from whoever is running the @SkyWitness twitter page. No updates in months. #theyneedtheirP45 they never respond to any messages. When it was called SkyLiving everyone got responded too. And helpful about upcoming shows old and new ones.

    @SkyHelpTeam for several days few of my SkyQ recording have worked. I get so far into the episode and it stops, saying there's a connectivity issue. It's not my internet. Now it's happening with downloaded episodes as well. We've gone through the help suggestions. It did nothing.

    @SkyHelpTeam 1of2: I had this issue in my last property too and I got nowhere. They just tell me the speed of my router which NEVER matches the actual performance of my devices. An advisor ended up giving me discount on my package because the issue wasn’t resolved......

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah, do this all the time. Bored of it now. Pay over £100 a month to have to reset, rejig, and restart everything at least once a day, and no accountability from the service provider. Boring.
