Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam Waited 3wks for installation. Day of installation man came & said would be “back in 40mins” whilst he went to look at a nearby line but never showed up again leaving us without any internet. Sky said the best they could do was come back again a week to do it properly

@SkyHelpTeam Why does to Sky Go app on a PS4 not support 3rd party remotes like a Logitech Harmony Elite? It works fine navigating round the Home Screen, but once I’ve opened Sky Go, nothing, and I have to use the DualShock to navigate in the app. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I called. Went through the motions then told wait time is 10 minutes after 15 mins the line went dead and I got a text saying sorry we couldnt help. That's it. I'm working from home, but can't without Internet and no assistance from sky. I bet if I cancel my dd it'll be fixed!

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for finally rendering the outage we were having 15 days later. I once worked in an Engineer's without borders programme in Bangladesh and we had a 3 day outage which at the time was the longest I'd seen anywhere in the world and the local Telco vehemently
