    Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried that more than once. No response yet. Problems seem to have started when we upgraded from unlimited broadband to 'superfast' broadband. It should be renamed 'mediocre broadband on the rare occasion that it actually works - which won't be very often'...

    @SkyUK - feeling very let down by you - been a customer for over 20 years but your service in moving the internet to a new property is shambolic - was disconnected on the 26th with the install due on 27th - Openreach were “unable to install” now wont hear any more till 2nd sept
