@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

Phone @SkyHelpTeam to cancel Sky Cinema, as the website won’t let me. It gives me a number to call. I call the number. It reads out spiel about bad weather, long wait times and then says it will send me an SMS link to the website to sort my issue. The link is for broadband probs.

@SkyHelpTeam I am getting very pissed off with your Broadband service. Keeps dropping and when it is connected, unusable. You have identified that I am not getting the service I should but you are doing nothing about it.
