@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

Absolutely shambolic service from @SkyUK. Charged a ridiculous fee despite being told it wasn’t payable and now it’s too late to remove. And apparently they can’t offer any compensation. Can anyone recommend better a TV package?
