My October bill is £19. I can’t connect with one of your experts because I’m not in a vulnerable category. Please help!

But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

Phoned helpline yesterday and as I’m out of contract (but still paying you for broadband and only out of contract because you cancelled my superfast contract after failing to connect me) you want to charge me £65 for an engineer visit!
