    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam a 3rd party accidentally cut thru a cable yesterday disrupting work & study across a huge area but, a bigger worry was loss of comms for those alone in lockdown. THANK YOU to your engineers who worked thru the night so we awoke to a fully restored service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I know the best way to see my bills is online that’s why I tweeted you because although the email promises 6 months @ £5 I’m only getting that for September. My October bill is £19. I can’t connect with one of your experts because I’m not in a vulnerable category. Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

    Absolutely disgusted by the poor service received by @SkyUK when dealing with my late mums account. Told to cancel it and put it in my dads name, which I did now they are saying he cant keep the phone number which he has had for 35 years! Now he has no phone to use.
