Hey @SkyUK I've just finished chatting to one of your CS advisers about not having any internet for 2 weeks, turns out you can't do anything about it....it's an openreach problem. 👍 This sucks for someone who's self employed and works from home....

@SkyHelpTeam I've been 9ver this with your team like a million times over the past few months. All I have on my network is my 2 computers and the SkyTV box. IF it's a device issue then the internet would work on the other devices still right? Which it doesn't, not cabled nor through WiFi

@AlexJamesSport Disappointing to see @SkySports claim (no byline) that the under-soil 👀 heating *struggled to cope* when it was clear - visually and logically - that the issue was the speed at which the snow was landing on the pitch and stadium, and nothing to do with sub-surface temperatures.

@SkyHelpTeam We helped our parents-in-law get Sky TV. We have a DD paid monthly. They have a problem but we can't get through to support as we have no idea of the account details. Have tried everything. Nothing works. Don't have any bills. Only have Sky card no and bank details.
