@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for a free 4 week trial of sky cinema & then £5 for 6 months. But account info is saying it is only 2 months & I’ll be charged £19 from October. I have the email clearing stating 6 months @ £5. Please would you help with this.

@cwbmufc We recently left @SkyUK for internet because honestly it just never worked. Used 4G on my phone at all points - then when we complained they always just said ‘follow this link for help’ which obvs was no help
