    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already been through this with your customer services team over the phone. Basically, nothings changed and I’ve had numerous engineers out and the signal and service is still poor. And looking at my Twitter feed it looks like there’s thousands of others exactly the same!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am SICK of your customer service telling me incorrect information. I know more than them! Promised that the TV Engineer will provide me with a white broadband booster hub as per my notes. Told only Broadband Engineers carry them (which I assumed) So now what?!
