    @B6Nigel @SkySports Nigel, think it’s all to do with how long it has taken to get back with a couple of near misses. Along with the terrible previous owners that could have killed the club, I’mhappy for them to enjoy the 1st season back where they belong.

    @SkyHelpTeam I won’t lie, I can’t wait for my mobile contract to end, it’s by far the worst network I’ve ever been on and the data plans are terrible, not to mention expensive.

    @SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

    @mattwebbELC @SkyUK Mate I'm telling ya @SkyUK are useless, their engineer came out to fix my mums neighbours TV, while he was there he knocked my Mums TV out and she's been told she has to wait a week for them to fix what they broke, useless customer service too

    I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

    And @virginmedia want me to pay if I decide instead of the uncertainty i want to cancel it and get someone like @SkyUK or @BT installed that can actually provide the service you pay them for

    @championfan @SkyUK I'll make your life easy Luce - you won't get a widget because you're not with BT and your compensation is automated and an Ofcom regulation meaning if the fault carries on after 48 working hours from initial detection you'll be paid up to 30 days from the day of fix

    @luluphooey @SkyHelpTeam At this point I'm not certain you even know the difference between WIFI and broadband so might be best giving the help line a ring so an agent can help you do some (and I must stress) very simple troubleshooting steps that you seem incapable of doing yourself

    @SkyHelpTeam Hub never reports any outage even when there is one, 10/10 times even when there is an issue area wide with the broadband it isn't listed as an outage. I have no problem waiting for problems to be fixed but I pay extra so sky knows there's a problem before I do...
