@Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@SkyHelpTeam I was told there was an outage in the area which was affecting other properties too. 72 hours was mentioned but that seems a long time to repair the fault. He lives in a rural area and needs the phone to be working.
