@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, had skyQ for 4 days (moved house) & it’s tried to update and failed & box is now stuck. Being told no engineers until January. I’ve been with sky for 10 years and this is awful for Christmas and 2 kids. Please help.

@markjamesthomas @SkyHelpTeam There are lots of people reporting pixelation particularly on mini boxes when watching recordings. Take a look at the Sky Forum. Started happening since the update for Amazon Prime but Sky as yet haven’t acknowledged the problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Your WiFi is so slow and keeps disconnecting. I pay for broadband boost which is still no good. I left @BTCare which worked great. I joined your Sky broadband in November can I leave without penalty or am I stuck with your crap for 18 months?

@SkySports Cancel the olympics then. Don't send people half way round the world and put them at risk for the benefit of 2 weeks of TV. If they want it to go ahead - vaccinate them, get the respective athletic doctors to administer the doses. Daft otherwise.

Dear @SkyHelpTeam - you don’t actually record your calls as we’ve made over 40 calls in 18months (with apparently no trace). Your customer service team are inept. If @trakisanya and I lose our jobs/clients over your your lack or service/care we will have to take legal action.

@SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t fix my WiFi issues it just gives me tips. It says about changing channel but when you go into router settings it’s says we recommend you leave channel set to auto of which it is set to.
