I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

@firstdirecthelp there is a problem a lot of people are having logging into their accounts today. I can login using EE mobile data but can't login using @SkyUK broadband. Some can't login using mobile data either, it appears to be a problem with a particular network provider!
