@jackmoon10 @SkyHelpTeam For broadband you need to run the online line test which will tell you if the issue is an outage, or if its specific to your line it will again book a broadband engineer to resolve it

@SkyHelpTeam Now a weekend of no internet and a huge data bill on our 4G phones. Our next door neighbour has reported the same problem to BT. The 4th property got “sorry, broadband speed has not met the guarantee so they you can terminate the contract”. None of this is reassuring.

@bigmasser @SkyHelpTeam Onto day 7 of no Internet. Only get 2gb mobile data back for an outage where have used over 50gb of mobile data. Is the compensation £8.40 a day? Sky engineer this morning told me that its a problem at the exchange and noone is working currently #whatacrock
