    When your broadband is forever dropping out resulting in engineer visits, then @SkyUK email you telling you they’re upping the cost. Absolute joke increasing the cost with no extra service provided!!

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue yesterday (saying resolved) about not being able to connect to a stream on SkyGo is still going on - neither my laptop nor tablet can connect to a stream (live or pre-recorded). My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib

    @SkyUK are closing sky one next month and replacing this with Sky Max a repeat channel of all sky channel programmes along with new channel sky showcase showing sky one programmes @skyuk if it is not broke don't fix it, expect price increase next April to pay for this

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s been nearly 4 hours since the problems at Walkden phone exchange started and the only answer people seem to be getting is ‘we’re trying our best’. At least give people an idea of the problem and a realistic timeline..
