@Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

@SkyHelpTeam And just before the stroke of midnight (32 hours later) the internet is back up. And yet, during that time, the Sky Status page never once said there was a problem. 🤔🤬 @WeAreOpenreach did eventually tell me there was a 'major outage' at the #Surbiton Exchange (which I knew 🙄)
