@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

We can look at our own club and see the tests for take over clubs is not fit for purpose. We can use #avfc as another example club that nearly went under trying to get back in the prem. 70% of the issue is money from TV never goes to anyone.. #Bury #bolton #wba #skysports

@Lionbites @virginmedia @SkyUK You’re very picky. We had no broadband service from @virginmedia yesterday morning and no phone yesterday evening. 20 minutes to answer a phone call. I think they’re all challenged for customer service

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I completely understand why so many people HATE sky, they are absolutely shocking. If I send you a email in ENGLISH, the least I would appreciate is the person reading/responding can also read/write in English, telling me what I wrote in the email doesn't help

@SkyHelpTeam It’s the 3rd day and I still have no internet. I have done all the run tests and it shows an issue with a line outside. I’ve been quoted 72 hours to get this fixed. I’ve had to purchase data for us to work from home and for homeschooling. It’s not good enough!

If @SkyHelpTeam's support process was not the #SkyInfiniteLoop catastrophe that it is, I would have been more patient. Unfortunately after six years, I can no longer recommend @SkyHelpTeam. Their service was very poor and no longer worth their premium.

Update: After six hours of constant retries of @SkyHelpTeam support system online, I got through an engineer. They ran a set of tests and said that there's an area wide issue for Sky. Note: only Sky. No issues with Virgin or other providers reported in our S/M groups.
