    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having issues with my broadband/WiFi signal it keeps dropping out. I’ve done everything on your broadband help page and have tried phoning but spent 40 min on hold waiting to speak to someone.

    @SkyHelpTeam the sky box office is flawed, we wanted to check the price of the boxing but only way to do that is to enter the pin…enter the pin and get charged…can’t cancel it either, it took us straight to the channel to start the programme…
