Shakeel Aziz (@daraja1) reported from Birmingham, EnglandSurprised how #skysports are accepting this protest fiasco today about #ManchesterUnited If this was #LFC or any other team, they would completely condemn them.Mancs are the worst fans. -
Jason L (@Sabbathan77) reported from Dudley, England@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam Thankfully we’ve not been hit financially as many have & I suppose the inevitable price rises are something that every @SkyUK user has come to expect. Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib
-

-
Rich Aston 🤔 (@regjomonty) reported from Birmingham, England@PreeceObserver Shame the @SkySports director didn’t feel the same. I mean who wants to watch a live game when you can interrupt it to show a team arriving at a ground. No ‘big six’ bias? Cmon #AVFC
-
Rickie Josen (@RickieWrites) reported from Birmingham, England@KateWritesBooks @SkyHelpTeam Awful. Odd though as I've been paper-free for as long as I remember but Sky still send paper letters for when bills go up.
-
Dad (@RampziieTweets) reported from Walsall Wood, EnglandHello again @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK once again I’ve completely been taken off line. Third time in about 10 months. This is appalling. As soon as I speak to someone I’m cancelling and moving on. Terrible company.
-
Mark Hulme.💀 (@MarkHulme_) reported from Willenhall, England@SkyHelpTeam Well it’s available to watch and download on the #All4 app, just not through the #All4 menu section on my Sky box so isn’t that an issue with your services then?

lisa (@misslmassey) reported from Birmingham, England@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?
-
Ian Halstead (@TheIanHalstead) reported from Albrighton, England@AlexJamesSport Disappointing to see @SkySports claim (no byline) that the under-soil 👀 heating *struggled to cope* when it was clear - visually and logically - that the issue was the speed at which the snow was landing on the pitch and stadium, and nothing to do with sub-surface temperatures.
-
greeny86 (@greeny861) reported from Dudley, EnglandYet again @SkyFootball @SkySports the red button options not working!! @WBA #WBAFC #sufc

Chris Jennings (@cjluck84) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK You could just cancel the direct debit, and tell them to **** off. What they gonna do? It's unsecured debt. She's elderly. Is she gonna be taking out credit cards? Doubt it. Tell them where to go. Sign upto Virgin instead.
-
BritainsGotGallant (@PaulGallantNUFC) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Why couldn’t your MIL just say no and hang up? Not the sales advisors fault at all
-
PorscheTime (@PorscheTime) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK My 77yo MIL was recently scammed out of 75,000 by fraudsters and M&S, MBNA and Santander also loaned her 20,15 and 20k . Problem is she didn’t apply and is a pensioner living alone, half deaf and early stage cognitive decline . The police are looking into the fraud which involved clearing her savings accounts at BoS, opening a Revolut and Kraken crypto account to funnel all the money to from her savings accounts and the loans on top. To say the BoScotland, Revolut , M&S, MBNA and Kraken have been unhelpful is an understatement of enormous proportions. The elderly need better protection from services that insist they hold online accounts. How does anyone lend a 77year old 55,000 in 48 hours with no affordability checks or veracity checks and then only want to talk about paying on time. The elderly are so vulnerable online and none seems to give a monkeys. BoS allowed over 130,000 to flow in and out her bank account over an 8 day period on an account that averaged 280 pounds per month flows over the last 2 years and total balance never changed more than 1-2,000 in that time. M&S will lend online easily but to complain or speak to anyone about you have to write to them and after doing so they refuse to discuss it . The elderly are cannon fodder online.
-
Samantha Gibbs (@moreprecious52) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Good for you! That’s Sky for you! I no longer have Sky only use their broadband because their bills are extortionate. No value for money. Awful. BT are also the same treat their elderly and vulnerable customers badly.
-
Mel (@DelanceyUK) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK You'll get the Sky TV automated twitter account response in a minute. Telling you they don't do customer support here. Not sure what their point is honestly.
-
Neil Nicholls (@NN121314) reported@kinlochleven7 @jammierooroo @SkyUK Same at Virgin. And EE, I was looking to cancel a monthly sim and could only do it by phoning them
-
Chris H (@h_chris59114) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Sky are some of the worst out there
-
Steve Boothby (@SteveBreave) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK How anyone pays £100 a month for a service like this defies logic.
-
Tim Caulfield (@timcaulfield) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Stay calm (I get the irritation) and explain the vulnerable situation and point out there is a cooling off period so they need to make it where you want the package and will deal. Sky always have a "deal" cos they know losing a customer is often a permanently closed door
-
Doozerpindan (@Doozerpindan) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Is there a law that prevents companies from doing this ****? There really should be.
