@SkyUK waited in 5 hours for BT Openreach engineer visit only to receive a text at 5:11 to say the “appointment has been missed” whatever that means. Unacceptable service for almost £160 per month. Virgin here we come!

@SkyHelpTeam well my engineer hasn't arrived for the between 12 and 5 appointment for tv installation. Another day off work wasted again. First problems with the broadband and now the TV installation for a 2nd time. 14 day cooling off has ended but I will still cancel the lot.
