Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

My parents are in their 70s and rely on wifi at the moment due to the pandemic. My mom did cancel in anger, because she was sick of your lack of communication.
