@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyUK have just set up sky go on my PS5 most things are working great however when I try and watch certain series on box sets(sky witness) I get the error message. You will need to be a Sky TV customer with the relevant pack to watch this program I have the entertainment package

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. Your customer service team are helpful but they are hitting a brick wall with nasty Openreach. Last time this happened it took my MP @RupaHuq writing to the CEO of Openreach #CliveSelley to get this fixed after 3 weeks without internet.
