    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam so Openreach line test says no issue, spoke to a Sky engineer earlier he said no issues showing. However the Sky website says a fault still exists and I still have no broadband. Please advise my next steps

    @SkyHelpTeam I watch the Netflix & Disney+ just as much as I watch the sky channels,can't be asked to change 10 bit to 8 bit everytime I wanna watch my apps, plus I shouldn't have to I have a new TV which is 4K UHD &HDR, so the problem must be your end, I will stick to 8 bit

    @david_r_morgan On Skysports + BT Sports this weekend they’ve been telling people to turn the heat in their homes down by 1 degree to “save the planet” We’re sitting on centuries worth of gas, but they refuse to frack it, but then import gas that has been cracked from other countries.
