    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkyHelpTeam can someone explain why all the sky channel guides aren’t what is actually showing? Ring 2 on Cinema Halloween for example is currently some animated kids film. Same for The Hangover earlier, and Game of Thrones. All different channels, all the same issue
