@SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

@SkyUK an absolute disgrace. Charged an extra £10 for a call that was over an hour. Trying to resolve an issue with a company. In COVID times call centres are not fully staffed. To be told I should’ve hung-up and redialled! On hold to you for 55 mins for you to say ‘tough’

Well after a period of being alright (of course overnight when we weren't using it!), @SkyUK broadband has gone down again this morning! So now having to use my mobile data to WFH 😭🤬 @SkyHelpTeam can you tell us anything about what is going on, and when it might be fixed??
