@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

Great customer services from @SkyUK let’s renew your contract but we will downgrade your Netflix unless you take out our new box. Oh and since you only changed your contract an hour ago it will take 31 days to cancel it 🙄
