You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.
