@SkyHelpTeam ....and you continue to ignore the issue surrounding the potential customer data breach which is separate to the call. Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

@SkyHelpTeam Just managed to get it to complete. I guess it was overloaded from all the people trying to work out their broadband problems. It said it's slower than usual probably due to extreme weather. It's not slow it's non existent. And there has been no extreme weather. So now what?
