    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    Only managed a 1.5 hour day wfh thanks to @SkyHelpTeam I now have to find another 4.5 hours this week to make back . Shows there’s a fault on my account when I run a check but when I click on phone tv or broadband no issues in area . I phone up they say there’s a fault 1/2

    @SkyUK sky is an embarrassment. Spent over 2 hours on hold trying to deal with your services and staff should be ashamed of themselves. Hanging up on people and accusing of having things we have never had! Along with staff & managers on the call center who have no customer skills
