    @RHopcraft I was originally hopeful for VAR but it is sucking the soul out of football more than Skysports. VAR sucks and is not working in its current form. Get rid or a total rethink is required. Preferably the former.

    @SkyUK waited in 5 hours for BT Openreach engineer visit only to receive a text at 5:11 to say the “appointment has been missed” whatever that means. Unacceptable service for almost £160 per month. Virgin here we come!

    @SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

    @welshfreak @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam We asked to upgrade to super quick speed. Box came. Engineer came. He couldn't go up pole without a hoist. No hoist. He went. So did our service. We await a hoisted engineer. No sign yet. We are being reviewed Thursday. Deep joy. Expecting Broadband by Xmas along with no turkey!
