    @SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    Signed up with @SkyUK almost 2months ago & still no TV or box.. I have had my delivery ‘re-arranged’ twice now & AGAIN today I’ve been told I now have to wait until 8th October because the engineer has been overbooked.. What a pile of complete & utter shit.. cheers sky 👍🏼

    In an area with poor internet connection of 0.39m on a good day, @SkyHelpTeam has confirmed that their engineer can’t buy a longer ladder so they won’t connect the property even though there is a good dish in place with signal 😔 @rupertmurdoch #ruralconnectivity

    So much for loyalty from @SkyHelpTeam - been a Sky customer for 20 years + Have a problem with viewing card and waiting for a replacement but Royal Mail having issues and Sky won’t use any other delivery service but it’s ok for me to have no Sky. Will look at moving to Virgin
