    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkyHelpTeam The order was placed on Thursday but due to a technical error on your side it couldn’t be processed. Called Accessibility team yesterday only to be told the deal has been removed and couldn’t be honoured. This needs attention or I’m going to Ombudsman my complaint no 1575665501

    @SkySports Absolutely ridiculous decision. WBA were actually doing good in the game. One stupid decision absolutely ruined the game. Can't fully blame VAR here, poor decision by the on-field referee.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

    Shocking how Sky Accessibility treat its mobile customers, placed an order where it was discounted by using your piggy bank data due to a Sky technical issue they couldn’t finish the sale. The problem hasn’t been solved yet and Sky will no longer honour the deal @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Internet drops 4(ish) times in quick succession each morning daily for the last couple of weeks. Had an engineer out but this morning it's doing it again, and only just making 18mb/s. Really not helpful when trying to work remotely. Is there an issue on S8?

    @SkyHelpTeam hey guys. I’m due to send my sky box back to you. Iv still not received the pre paid things for it. Royal Mail tried posting something through letterbox but left it in a safe place. I don’t have a safe place so can’t track it down? Can you please send another.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep. The main sky q box never cuts out but whenever the internet goes the mini boxes do too and it’s always when I’m watching a new episode of a tv show. So annoying.

    @SkyHelpTeam is it really neccessary to send 5 sheets of paper plus 2 envolopes unsolicisted for a “Sky Protect” offer? You must have cut a forest down to send this down to all of your customers. An email surely would have sufficed? Very poor.
