@SkyHelpTeam Having issues with signal keep dropping when using WiFi in the bedroom, our router is in the living room downstairs. I pay the extra for the broadband boost, and whilst when there is a signal the speed is acceptable the signal just suddenly drops intermittently.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet connection yesterday was terrible and dropped out over 15 times in four hours and today I have NO internet at all . I’m a key worker currently working from home and need my internet !

Shocking how Sky Accessibility treat its mobile customers, placed an order where it was discounted by using your piggy bank data due to a Sky technical issue they couldn’t finish the sale. The problem hasn’t been solved yet and Sky will no longer honour the deal @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

@SkyHelpTeam The order was placed on Thursday but due to a technical error on your side it couldn’t be processed. Called Accessibility team yesterday only to be told the deal has been removed and couldn’t be honoured. This needs attention or I’m going to Ombudsman my complaint no 1575665501

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

They tried to change that directive, realised it'd be challenged and they'd loose and fluffed it completely. Lewis should have lost.

@SkyHelpTeam Yep done that, the checker says no issues, but when I report the issue it says a mast isn't working in my area, so I'm not convinced anyone is actually looking at it. This isn't just me,the other two in the house aren't working either and people posting on the local Facebook page

@SkySports The problem starts with the CL, in its current form as it is all about money . If you want to control the amount of fixtures , it starts with the European comps, go back to the old way , 3 KO comps , that would help but the money men would not be happy with that .
