It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

The problem hasn’t been solved yet and Sky will no longer honour the deal @SkyHelpTeam

Called Accessibility team yesterday only to be told the deal has been removed and couldn’t be honoured. This needs attention or I’m going to Ombudsman my complaint no 1575665501

I pay the extra for the broadband boost, and whilst when there is a signal the speed is acceptable the signal just suddenly drops intermittently.

If you run a test it comes back there is an outage in the area but no update. Could you provide a link detailing outage details perhaps
