@pirate9853 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Yep, according to Sky, Openreach can take up to 3-5 WORKING DAYS to rectify a mistake they made!!?? So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam just enquired about adding broadband to my package and was quoted higher than you are showing online despite supposedly being a VIP having been with you for 8 1/2 years. Then came down to the normal price but if I build my package on line I can get it for £15 cheaper
