    @SkyHelpTeam customer services are most patronising and unhelpful people on the planet. When @RoyalMailHelp screw up, and I have to fix everything when it’s down to Sky and Royal Mail to fix, a little degree of common sense and flexibility appreciated!

    @SkyHelpTeam Now I am seeing that you've done multiple hard searches on my credit file. This is ridiculous. I place an order, and it goes through as complete - you take the money - you then subsequently cancel the order, take days to process refunds and you leave hard searches. Sky is awful.
