Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

Rob Bignall (@robbignall300) reported@SkyUK My son’s sim will not connect to Mobile Data apps such as WhatsApp even with a full 4G signal. We also use the find my iPhone app for safety and cannot do so unless he can use data. Can you tell me why he cannot connect without Wi-Fi??
