@OpenreachHelp Like I have highlighted I have been waiting since 29 SEPTEMBER for broadband and @SkyHelpTeam has told me that you have now cancelled my order! I was also told that my only option going forward will be for Sky to add me as a new customer meaning my waiting time can be even longer

Sick of download failed on Sky Q and mini box for channel 5’s Riptide. Turned both boxes off and it’s still doing it after putting back on. It’s the most annoying thing ever! Catchup tv what doesn’t download useless piece of crap! @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK
