    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    @SkySports can Tyler stop droning in about playing out from the back like some lump it up the pitch dinosaur. It’s not the principle that has cost us it is the poor execution.

    . @SkyUK really need to sort shit out, spend a quarter of my income for good internet but it's always going off and it's not like they even compensate for the loss of internet

    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    @SkySports you’ve had all week to go over the course, the contenders and the build up. Stop cutting away from the golf to show us stuff we don’t want to see. If I tune one to sky sports golf, it’s because I want to watch golf, not someone I don’t give a damn talk about it!!

    @SkyHelpTeam speaks endless amounts of bullshit, I just rang them for them to tell me I will never need an upload speed higher than 1.2 Mbps. I cannot stream, I cannot upload videos. I cannot ******* do anything! 😤😤😤

    @SkyUK when you do everything by the book cancelling your subs you don’t cancel your DD Sky take your money and then use the excuse the bill was already generated so wont refund you unless you call back in a months time!!! Won’t be going back there

    @SkyHelpTeam would you ever call a customer to say there internet was going slow , got a call today and they were wanting me to log into a device . I hung up as feel it was a scam ,checked number and 0121 number is registered in India. If Scam please let your customers know
