I’ve tried the “turn off the fingerprint id” route that was suggested on the forum etc. What really annoys me is Sky has known about this issue for nearly a year & seemingly done nothing. No issue with any other apps. (“Annoys” was the polite way of putting it!)

    @SkyHelpTeam They’re the same issues people have been experiencing since last year! Sky Sports Mobile TV App won’t recognise subscription following phone upgrade. Take a look at your community forums. They’re full of threads & the app is full of negative 1 star reviews. I’m cancelling.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m still having problems with this. I’ve spoken to the NatWest team and they insist you’re blocking the activation code. This is the sort of thing that will make me leave Sky as a network ASAP. Please offer a resolution.
