    @SkyHelpTeam can’t get reliable WiFi in the office. Working from home has become the normal but can’t use the office upstairs because connection is awful. Followed all the guidelines to try and make it better, no better. Any help? Booster?

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam why does our mini box claim a loss in signal and drop off the TV when it’s streaming from the Sky Q box on an internal network?! It doesn’t require Internet surely?!

    @SkyHelpTeam A handful of channels stopped working on Friday, my dad called support and they tried upselling multi-room. I installed the Q box yesterday but had to come back today to replace it with the Sky+HD.

    @SkyHelpTeam They have no issues with the buttons, it's the functionality, does the accessibility remote function EXACTLY the same as their old Sky+HD remote? Any idea why their Sky+HD box lost some channels despite the card being paired but those channels are available on the Q box?
