@SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

@SkyHelpTeam @Kerebus Yeah the service status isn't right. We have a large number of people in Huntingdon with the same issue. The problem is at the exchange. They apparently fixed it yesterday but clearly the fix didn't work.

@SkyHelpTeam I've done that Nathan, so have the sky agents over the phone. Multiple customers in the Huntingdon area are experiencing the same issue. Can you escalate this rather than bouncing it back to us, the customers, to try and resolve it.
