@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

@SkyUK your engineer has been today and has nailed through a water pipe he didn’t check for pipes beforehand. He was trying to get his dad to come and fix it absolutely shocking - I have water pouring out, no heating etc and can’t get through to your customer service.

You can't agree to a $50m contract if you're not allowed to see the terms and the broadcasting rights would put you in breach of contract with SkySports.
