@pirate9853 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Yep, according to Sky, Openreach can take up to 3-5 WORKING DAYS to rectify a mistake they made!!?? So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam There’s never been any network coverage in the area since I’ve lived here for the past 18 months. Your coverage checker says ‘good’ both inside and outside on all connections but this is false information. This is the case for the whole village which covers approx a 1 mile radius

@SkyHelpTeam Download Failed. What’s going on? This problem has been going on for weeks now. Pay £100’s a month for the service. The only time of year I get to watch TV it doesn’t work😡!
