@pirate9853 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Yep, according to Sky, Openreach can take up to 3-5 WORKING DAYS to rectify a mistake they made!!?? So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬

-
SamuEL Supersonic Turtle
(@TeamPenster) reported
@claudelittner @SkyUK Well said Claude, but this is standard practice across the industries of TV, Internet, Phone. Also 'new customer' offers that screw over loyal customers should be banned (like car insurance). Time to lobby the government !
-
Paul knight
(@KnightPaul) reported
@claudelittner @SkyUK Yea shocking. I got charged £35-£40 just to re negotiate my contract as an admin charge! Then it goes up by nearly £10 4 months later. And when you try to cancel the customer service is appalling
-
Aaron
(@AaronSlack01) reported
@SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner This means nothing if the customer doesn't care about the new services you have added. I (and many others) will be leaving Sky at the end of the contract period.

@claudelittner @SkyUK Claud, as soon as I got this letter I switched to another provider who offered a faster broadband for less than the rate I paid before the Sky increase after being a customer for over 25 years.
-
The Investment Bridge
(@InvestBridge) reported
@claudelittner @SkyUK Dead(ish) product and pricing proposition walking, isn't it: their current proposition and lame service (as demonstrated in the response to you) won't withstand increasing competition from better products, pricing propositions and service.
-
Dan Loton
(@danloton77) reported
As I said - let them have their 5 mins and normal service will be resumed. Best West Ham team in 40 years they said! Let’s start the campaign for @SkySports to headline every show with “Rice needs to leave to win something” even a non West Ham show.
-
Tina Jones
(@jones_tina) reported
@claudelittner @SkyUK That is terrible but I expect nothing less from Sky for anyone who dosent know when their TV contract is up for renewal check it as they don't remind you they just take a huge amount of money from your account and when you query it they are very rude in telling you its your fault
-
Daren Kenward
(@dmkenward) reported
@claudelittner @SkyUK Sky save money with an IPTV service by sadly making dish installers and maintenance engineers redundant besides the saving of not having to supply dishes which will impact dish manufacturers.
