So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬

On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.
