@ILPadrino1994 @SkySports Mate ... was you at the game I was! 5 minutes earlier the same that happened to Kodjia, happened to a Leeds player and Villa put the ball out!! That is the issue not the fact that we didn’t play to the whistle!! 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, by speaking to the cancellation team, a very helpful and professional member of staff called doug. I highly recommend using him as a template for listening and understanding. He was able to save what was ultimately going to be a cancellation after very bad service.
