@SkyHelpTeam I managed to find the help line number on screen and phoned that. They were able to check From your end and apparently it's an external fault. You are sending an engineer out within the next 48 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve already spoken to Sky Customer Services. The address on my account is correct. The parcel was dispatched without the house number. DPD will only deliver it to the address on the package and only Sky can change that. I’m going around in circles.

Trying to cancel sky is like going through a maze with no exit. @SkyUK within the 31 days notice. But if you want buy, no problem. They take your money instantly. A Simple cancel button would be fine.

@SkyHelpTeam DPD have turned up at my front door with my Sky Q box and driven away without delivering twice now because Sky didn’t put the house number on the parcel. I’ve already spoken to Sky customer services but nothing’s changed. Very frustrating.
