@SkyHelpTeam have to say got a new sky Q box for £50 upgrade fee. Not only can I now watch HDR but it has fixed all the picture issues I had with my old box which sky never solved. I am now peeved that I have lived with an issue for a year that only needed a box swap out.!!!!

@SkyUK hello. I have an engineer booked today. I want to cancel this. I go onto mysky app and it says I cannot cancel it and have to call this number: 03337592621. When I call that number it is an automated service which sends you back to cancelling online. It is a silly loop.

@SkyHelpTeam I got a SkyQ Mini for my kitchen. However now I've finished decorating my kitchen and put my TV up on the wall it's supposed to be on, the Mini keeps loosing connection. Do you offer a SkyQ Booster to help? It's really annoying, dropping connection every few mins.
