You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As stated this isn't the 1st time and calling up again will not fix said issue . Just a shame that other service providers in the area seem to be absolutely fine . Makes no sense I know .

I have been a Sky customer since 1999, and never has it been harder to actually speak to anyone at Sky. It's menu after menu, how about a person answers and asks "How may I help?"

Truly Shocking (@Trulyshocking) reported@SkyUK renewed earlier this year with discount for 18 months. Paper work came through contained wrong sub price. Spoke to someone who said they’ll fix it. Just had a look online & next bill due will be double so it doesn’t look like it’s fixed and fb support not around.
