    @SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

    @SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

    @StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam why does our mini box claim a loss in signal and drop off the TV when it’s streaming from the Sky Q box on an internal network?! It doesn’t require Internet surely?!

    @SkyHelpTeam good evening, my old sky HD box keeps “losing signal” for a few seconds then comes back, the picture keeps freezing just before it goes! Any idea of how to fix! We have turned off & restarted. It’s getting almost unwatchable now. Thank you

    @SkySports My tickets were cancelled for a match after 21st June. All restrictions are meant to end then, with no stadium capacity. Why cancel tickets for games after 21st now? They say cancelled ticket holders will get priority but I bet I’ll be offered them at obscene prices. UEFA greed.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I was on a call discussing an issue that finished at 9.02pm. I then received an email saying you tried to call me back at 9.08pm that is not true. I’ve tried to call back and told all departments closed!! How do I get a resolution?

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, south london isn't on your list but we had serious issues with our broadband all day. Is this something we should have been aware of? Issue has been noted but it says to check back in 4 days and i can't wait that long due to work. Please advise.
