@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t been treated very well by Sky. They should have got back to me concerning my complaint as promised. Tried several attempts to resolve the issue in the correct manner & nothing has happened. Then see on social media that you are helping customers. So I am confused!!!

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

Honestly @Sky is the worst internet provider. Was with @VirginMedia_TV for 1 year before moving property. No issues, better speeds (individual lines) and cheaper deals. @SkyHelpTeam have a lot of stepping up to do.
