You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. I have and they said it’s down to you. This has been going on months!!! All we want is the accounts unlinked. It’s laughable you can’t do this!
