@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

@SkyHelpTeam Internet down since 5pm for my grandparents, they pay more then £100 a month and you want to charge them 65 surcharge to pay open reach to go and fix it, you won't front the cost. Disappointing to say the least! They pay you £1200+ a year.

@SkyHelpTeam Iv phoned them loads of time with the same problem and they do nothing at all about it at one time they said they would send boosters out but nothing. Sky are fast enough to take the money but very slow at fixing problems as soon as my broadband contact is up I'm gone
