@Lukedfrt @SkyUK Well it looks like @SkyUK has got me over a barrel so once my contract ends in September I will definitely say goodbye to them and never ever take Sky television again they did nothing to offer me anything to reduce my monthly bill and yet they can call me a loyal customer

@BristolLive According to @SkyUK, Ofcom only look at Sky talk & internet this story would have no influence if you have Sky TV only. So you can terminate your contract if you have sky Talk or internet but not if it's early Sky TV according to Sky themselves as I,ve been on the phone to them

@SkyHelpTeam hi, wondered if you could clear something up for me- I'm with bt for broadband but I want to cancel and join sky broadband. I rang sky, then told me to ring bt to cancel, so I rang bt they said your new provider will work with them to cancel! Which one is it!

@SkyHelpTeam He replaced the socket that the router plugs into and said he fixed it but it’s still not working properly and we keep having to reset router or reset mini box which just goes off again when we change the channel and gives us a message saying we have no WiFi
