    @StuartKemp525 Sadly this journey of greed started the day the Premier League was formed and so much money sucked from the game into the pockets of the few. @SkySports are a massive part of the problem. Fans need to insist on getting our game back not just for the wealthy who can afford it!

    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    @SkyHelpTeam It was flashing up messages that her box was not receiving signal, then there was no signal and when she rang, she was told it was going to be £180 for a new Q box. I have asked a local Sky Helpdesk and apparently this is a normal thing to get people on Q.. We got our own (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, I’ve spent over an hour on the phone to your team over the past 2 days trying to sort out my expired contract and get me on a new deal. They keep telling me they can’t because the system won’t work to offer me the deal I’ve seen online,help? It’s tiresome..

    @PurpleRLB @SkyHelpTeam Yesterday they advised they were sending an engineer to my house as it was my house that had the problem; 8am-1pm slot, waited until 1pm, then was told engineer was on route at that time, called again 20mins later and was told the engineer was no longer coming to me - Shambles!
