I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@mattwebbELC @SkyUK Mate I'm telling ya @SkyUK are useless, their engineer came out to fix my mums neighbours TV, while he was there he knocked my Mums TV out and she's been told she has to wait a week for them to fix what they broke, useless customer service too

@SkyHelpTeam I won’t lie, I can’t wait for my mobile contract to end, it’s by far the worst network I’ve ever been on and the data plans are terrible, not to mention expensive.

@SkyHelpTeam That they would listen back to the phone recording BUT only if I didn’t cancel sky cinema. If I cancel the product they wouldn’t investigate. I had to cancel because i didn’t want to pay the original price and the rep on the phone knew that! Also I was moving out of the property!
