    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    @virginmedia @SkySports @SkySportsBoxing £26 for HD and so far the picture quality has been garbage. Pixilated every 5 seconds or so. Sort it out or refund everyone affected.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried to help you correct your over billing error from April by calling you (and holding) when your promised call backs never came. So, after 22 years I’m cancelling everything. The only person trying to fix things is the person paying for the service. Ridiculous!

    @SkyHelpTeam when i cancel “oh yeh we’ll send some packaging out two weeks before you cancel” but in reality they send it out the day you cancel and you have to faff around sorting it out yourself. never ever using sky again, absolute shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam Again. After two days. Fix processes, don’t just make customers accountable for navigating them. I have sent complaints by email and post, I have notified you of the fact I’m leaving three times. I’ll cancel my payment on the correct date and you can deal with it.
