    @SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, earlier today I had my broadband connection cut off. I called to be told it shall take up to 5 working days for an engineer to fix the issue in the area. Not a great time to loose internet whilst in isolation.

    @SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

    @SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

    @SkyUK Totally disgusted with the service my 83yr old disabled mum has had. She's been walloped with £340 of bills since the end of March. Harangued into a bigger contract, with services she didn't want, then received a £140 bill, tried to cancel but you wouldn't.
