    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    @SkyHelpTeam until the contract finished then he’d cancel it, but it finished 6 months ago and he still won’t ring up and cancel and I know he cancelled the direct debit and hasn’t paid it for 2 months now either. I just don’t know what to do as it’s going against my property when he doesn’t

    @SkyHelpTeam I have contacted you many times and had no response, I have tried calling many times and never get through or there is a ridiculous wait time. I have a query that CANNOT be solved online at all. Any response would be appreciated as I am currently stuck on hold again.
