    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has gone down so I go straight to the app and go through the whole ‘test my hub’ section… it then says I require an engineer that will cost ME £15… you having a laugh?

    @virginmedia @SkySports @SkySportsBoxing £26 for HD and so far the picture quality has been garbage. Pixilated every 5 seconds or so. Sort it out or refund everyone affected.

    @mattwebbELC @SkyUK Mate I'm telling ya @SkyUK are useless, their engineer came out to fix my mums neighbours TV, while he was there he knocked my Mums TV out and she's been told she has to wait a week for them to fix what they broke, useless customer service too

    @SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

    Apple’s @F1 feed is atrocious. I swear it’s made me lose interest in F1 this season. The on-screen talent is lacking. Just not polished and they look like they are reject journos from Paris fashion week. @SkySports feed is ace. Too bad you can’t do replays in the US #Monaco

    @SkyUK Do not get an iPhone from Sky. Even a new phone will not be replaced if there’s a problem. I’ve spent 2 weeks and hours on the phone with no resolution. Without a phone for 2 weeks. Absolutely appalling customer service

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom Dear Sky please update or recall your sky max hub routers as they are really not great.compared to other wifi 6 routers on the market from other providers this is by far the worst.and for the price you charge you are not cheap either

    @SkyUK after 20 years with these I updated contract , they took more money out over 3 months than they should have , phoned to question, treated me like a liar, listened to recording, came back and said yes we did , no apology it’s off next bill, atrocious service, very poor
