    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    @SkyHelpTeam 4th time open reach haven’t turned up to turn on my broadband. Meant to be online 22nd December. Over 7 hours spent on the phone. Useless. Almost criminal level of service!
