    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately saying sorry doesnt really cut it when your team say that the issue has been sorted and order raised and a week later say it's our fault for not knowing that because your team didnt read the terms and conditions it wasnt completed. How were we to know.

    @SkyUK there was an issue with my DD payment. I was told the payment would be refunded to my account. No payment - rang up and told the payment had been credited to my account. You lied to a customer of 20 years. Not good enough.
