Understand how busy @SkyHelpTeam are but the phone service is about as bad as I can ever remember....very quick to sign you up but virtually impossible to resolve issues over the phone.

I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, had skyQ for 4 days (moved house) & it’s tried to update and failed & box is now stuck. Being told no engineers until January. I’ve been with sky for 10 years and this is awful for Christmas and 2 kids. Please help.

Turned it off. Never watching a @Giantsrl home match again. Every one of their @SuperLeague matches on @SkySportsRL @SkySports this year has been ruined by that clown. It’s no wonder the stadium was two-thirds empty. No sane person would choose to be near that racket.

@SkyUK really unhappy with the service we have been given for my elderly vulnerable grandparents. When we placed the order to switch from sky to virgin we were told they could keep the same number. Engineer has turned up today to set up broadband and phone with new number

carlando stocks in 2021 was so high like omfg, there was so much man. so much. every single weekend. they had an incident on track and skysports mandated a golf date wherein they renancted that for us.. insane times.
