@SkyHelpTeam hi our sky q box always tries to sign in to our neighbours sky WiFi. Everything we turn the box we have to reset the network settings to our own WiFi. Send help it's so annoying. Thanks. @anniehops

@SkyHelpTeam We have issues with our broadband.cutting out and middle light goes red.happens constantly and has done since we upgraded to this box. BT have been out and tested the line, put a new connection Portal in and it’s made no difference. They say our line is fine it must be the box!

@SkyUK The top speed I get from sky on a good day is 18mbps the rest of the time I get between 10/15mbps I see that the tv runs on 10mbps but in the small print I need 25mbps for Uhd so I miss out again, cant get sky q as I live by woods and sky guy who came out couldnt get a signal 1/2
