    @SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

    @B6Nigel @SkySports Nigel, think it’s all to do with how long it has taken to get back with a couple of near misses. Along with the terrible previous owners that could have killed the club, I’mhappy for them to enjoy the 1st season back where they belong.

    So I have a lot of patience for people in call centres but the customer service or rather lack of i experienced from @SkyHelpTeam on the phone was another level.

    @SkyHelpTeam I won’t lie, I can’t wait for my mobile contract to end, it’s by far the worst network I’ve ever been on and the data plans are terrible, not to mention expensive.

    I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

    @mattwebbELC @SkyUK Mate I'm telling ya @SkyUK are useless, their engineer came out to fix my mums neighbours TV, while he was there he knocked my Mums TV out and she's been told she has to wait a week for them to fix what they broke, useless customer service too

    @SkyUK hello. I can’t test my broadband speed. It’s slow every night. MySky app not working. Constant, “Oops that did not work” message. 14 day history is consistently 79Mb/s. Can that be right?

    @SkyHelpTeam My understanding was that I would be contacted by sky today to discuss ongoing service problems and goodwill gestures. I was sat next to my phone and it conveniently rang off before I could even answer it; so I really won’t be phoning back
