    @SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not helpful just an automated answering machine. I’ve lost 2 days of work that I’m going to have to claw back from somewhere. Took 3 phone calls for someone to believe me and many more phone calls to believe us as area that there is a problem.
