@SkyHelpTeam people are out of work locked at home with children who are unsettled couldn't you do something to help, free movies or kids channels at weekends or for a certain time during the day. It won't hurt your profits that much and will probably gain more customers

Understand how busy @SkyHelpTeam are but the phone service is about as bad as I can ever remember....very quick to sign you up but virtually impossible to resolve issues over the phone.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, earlier today I had my broadband connection cut off. I called to be told it shall take up to 5 working days for an engineer to fix the issue in the area. Not a great time to loose internet whilst in isolation.

I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

Tried to ring @SkyHelpTeam, gave up after an hour, tried to message, it times out. Sent an email 5 days ago but still no response. I appreciate these are difficult times but this is just ridiculous. I just want to cancel my subscription. Can someone contact me please!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi yes I’ve ran the online troubleshooting process a number of times now, however still no phone line & broadband speeds still very poor (consistently <6Mbps download speed to the router).

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, had skyQ for 4 days (moved house) & it’s tried to update and failed & box is now stuck. Being told no engineers until January. I’ve been with sky for 10 years and this is awful for Christmas and 2 kids. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam the amount of times my sky broadband WiFi and sky q mini boxes go down and have problems finding connectivity with the sky q box /network problems etc is ludicrous lately! Nothing but issues since the last engineer came out! Not a happy sky customer!

@bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam have a BT Open Reach engineer coming out tomorrow, after I called Sky's Scottish call center at 8am today. Help with UK connectivity issues, outside UK operating times, are terrible. Please work harder to communicate between yourselves. Sky uses YOUR lines. Thnx

@SkyHelpTeam You have still not fixed the outage with the internet in our area and the lack of communication has been unacceptable. Explain how you will be compensating customers for this lack of service and when you will again be providing the service you are paid for.
