@Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

@SkySportsF1 SkySports loves to milk the 'Lewis was lapped by Max' narrative! I'm no fan of Lewis but this is getting ridiculous! Mercedes will get their problems fixed and there are plenty of races left in the season. Better to have car problems early season than the end of the season.

Oh, and when I questioned the admin fee, the call handler said they would look to get that reduced for me too. Eh? Why should an existing customer get no benefits, but if they do…(maybe) get charged a fee for the privilege!? Come on @SkyUK!!
