@SkyHelpTeam Hi, had skyQ for 4 days (moved house) & it’s tried to update and failed & box is now stuck. Being told no engineers until January. I’ve been with sky for 10 years and this is awful for Christmas and 2 kids. Please help.

@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.

I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

Turned it off. Never watching a @Giantsrl home match again. Every one of their @SuperLeague matches on @SkySportsRL @SkySports this year has been ruined by that clown. It’s no wonder the stadium was two-thirds empty. No sane person would choose to be near that racket.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Laura. I was able to speak to someone but it wasn't any help. I'm waiting for an engineer visit that was due between 8-1. It's now 20 past 1 so not impressed. Wasted morning & still have to wait just in case they are running late.

Trying to get through to @SkyUK is a joke, over an hour wait time, say to go online but can’t do anything as it keeps saying please try later. So now they will charge me for data use when they aren’t offering the service!!
