Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel sky, I've been messaging and asking since April and now I've ended up with a bill of £102. I really can't believe 2 months on I'm still trying to cancel it. This should have been done a couple of months ago

How comes other places can acknowledge there has been a fault in some areas of Chelmsford... yet @SkyHelpTeam cannot and give the bog standard response to everyone who messages them? Not their fault things have gone wrong but we have all found the problem! Why can’t you!
