@BoltonRunner @SkyHelpTeam Its been 3 full working days and with a domestic service it can take up to 5. So if you are relying on it for work you either need to get into the office when its down or pay for a business line which has the SLA you seem to think you deserve

@SkyHelpTeam Not helped by @OpenreachHelp who ultimately are not fixing the infrastructure issues - however considering that @SkyHelpTeam are the ISP the buck stops with them. A formal complaint and further escalation to the ombudsmen is looking increasingly like a requirement
