@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@RealSoupyTwist @SkyUK The TV is average the service is good. Only went with Glass as just moved house last year and didn’t want cables run all over the place. Downside was having to buy a TV as part of the deal. If the Stream service had been available 12 months ago that would have been perfect.

@SkyHelpTeam keep telling us to write down the time and phone number when it cuts out &they’ll call us back to get the info. done this twice and never beencalled back. the one who sky have been talking to has just had a heart attack,no reliable connection isn’t great when she’s in hospital

@SkyHelpTeam Is it usual for sky to change subscription packages without any prior warning? Is that in the policy? My issue is that overnight it disappears without any prior warning when there is an important race to watch tomorrow.
