    Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then ๐Ÿ™„

    Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay ยฃ20 โ€˜administrationโ€™ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

    @SkyHelpTeam But nothing said when, what time, what day 2nd day without internet and no contact whatsoever from Sky or the engineer to tell us when we can expect them We also need to go out so we donโ€™t even know if we are going to be in when your engineer calls This is disgraceful service

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for over 20 years (ntl bfore), I have had one replacement TV remote in that time, my current remote has now broken and you want to charge me ยฃ10 for a replacement. its your equipment that's broken. I fill ripped of, time for @SkyUK I think

    @SkyHelpTeam The Sky broadband and phone isnโ€™t working in W11. Checked connection online and it keeps sending me round in circles to do the same tests. My neighbours is down too.
