    @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

    @SkyUK hi I recently got a offer for sky q with free installation and 1 free mini multiroom box When I ordered there were no multiroom boxes in stock. I was told to order this at the end of march. When I've gone on to order its charging me £50 can u help as cant get through phone

    @SkyUK Morning after over 24hrs no internet we still have no connection yet the sky and bt service checker now says no faults (faults showed all day yesterday) wife had to go into do school work at 6am, used all her mobile data on teams last night and needs to work at home later

    Trying to cancel sky is like going through a maze with no exit. @SkyUK within the 31 days notice. But if you want buy, no problem. They take your money instantly. A Simple cancel button would be fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hopless 30hrs plus into no service. And I get a text when fixed, wow... So today, tomorrow, next week? Utter joke shocking service! Utterly unacceptable. Wife utterly angry she may not be able to work later once home. You are failing to provide the service we pay you for.

    Completely understand why @SkyUK has signed up, but it might want to look closer to home - spent a day being told I couldn't access a service online and to call just to then be directed online and hung up on. Poor. #r4today

    @SkyHelpTeam Great, really helpful, tells us there's a fault! So how will this fact help? My wife is a key worker in the fact she must have internet access. I do hope as she has proof of any data bolt on costs she/we will be compensated? I believe this so called fault is into it's 30th hour!
