So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe…it was still out when I left this morning. On the phone yday I was told it was an infrastructure issue that still wasn’t showing so an Openreach visit wouldn’t help. No sign of change on the app, no way of tracking etc

@SkyHelpTeam no broadband. Call the sky number and they say there is a fault in your area. No Internet since yesterday. I work from home so this is a loss of income but cant talk to anyone as its automated regading the issues in my area.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been a sky BB customer for about 18 months…it failed on Monday evening, I booked an OR appointment by app (should’ve been weds am), but it came back on for 3h Tuesday morning so cancelled app as text suggested. Failed again 11:15am Tuesday, still off when I left at 7:30am
