@SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband down, run diagnostic test, asks if some lights are on, yes some lights are on, then useless steps about cables, retests connection and determines the hub has no power, I LITERALLY JUST SAID IT HAS SOME LIGHTS!! UTTERLY POINTLESS. #sky

@kiv0x @brianlcook3 @SkyUK They tried with me but couldn't compete with the prices I was giving them. Three broadband for 10 a month for 50mbps to 200mbps and they couldn't compete so I left. I was a gold customer aswell sky is that big now they don't really need us they have sky sport and everything
