Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam submitted complaint and Subject Access Request on 2nd September. Not heard a thing since. Looks like I’ll be going to @ICOnews to make them aware of your failure to adhere to legislation... you had 1 month to comply with SAR!

Having an issue with @SkySports on @SkyUK Q, watching football over the weekend and again tonight the audio on Ultra HD is out of sync. If I switch the audio from Dolby Digital Plus to Dolby Digital (so essentially turning off Atmos) it’s back in sync... is this a known issue?
