They disabled IVP6 & the issues persist. I'll happily have ANOTHER engineer out to confirm this. As I said, still waiting for a call back since pre-Xmas.

If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.
