Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄

Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

@SkyHelpTeam The advisor I spoke with on Monday assured me my issue would be resolved, when it wasn’t, the advisor I spoke to on Wednesday assured me I would receive a text within 24-48 hours, which I did not, so although yes they did, I’m not holding my breath!
