@SkyHelpTeam why is it I'm still unable to watch the Bahrain grand Prix on sky glass? Any idea how long it should take from a programme to finish before I can watch on my playlist. Thinking of going back to sky Q this is garbage!

So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@SkyHelpTeam It's not just the f1, it's a real problem for anything. If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. If not I'm glad I haven't sent my sky q Box back yet

@SkyHelpTeam The picture keeps freezing the Signal strength keeps flashing between 10-30. I only had it installed on the 9-1-21 and had them back on Tuesday and it’s still not working. I just booked and engineer but first appointment is 4-2-21. I want a refund

@SkyHelpTeam sick of paying a fortune for broadband that doesn’t work & before you ask yes I have reset the sky modem and no the best way to fix it can’t be found on the @sky help page . I know this because I spent hours of my life on the page over past two weeks ! HELP NEEDED!
