@SkyHelpTeam submitted complaint and Subject Access Request on 2nd September. Not heard a thing since. Looks like I’ll be going to @ICOnews to make them aware of your failure to adhere to legislation... you had 1 month to comply with SAR!

Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

@SkyHelpTeam your costumer service is awful. We've been having repeated problems with our WiFi and have been continuously dismissed by your team. I am working from home, and the WiFi not working is disruptive and jeopardizes my ability to work well. Please do better.
