@SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

If you pay for Sky Sports then call 0800 151 2747 and say 'cancel Sky sports' It will ask you if you want to PAUSE your subscription until normality returns. Sports channels remain available. Please Retweet for others that don't realise @SkySports are taking advantage!

@becks_sim @SkyUK Also the same. I was with sky for about 9 years on friends and family deals before cancelling and switching onto standard rates. Overall about 13 years customer service but only 5 registered as a gold vip member 😔
