@SkyHelpTeam so you lock my account. I cant now use Sky Go. I can't login to my account. All because an email account I don't use has been hacked. And to unlock it I have to ring YOU and wait in a 45min queue. The first automated q asked is What's My Password!! NOT answering THAT

@SkyHelpTeam You misunderstand. I've done all that and have a ticket raised. But your first line support continually put me thru to the 'Sky Apps Team' where I wait in the queue but eventually get hung up on. I go round and round and get nowhere.

I got into cricket because of the 2005 Ashes (the last FTA matches), don't think I would have otherwise. It inspired me to pick up a bat and ball and go out and play...

@SkyHelpTeam Yes but the Sky App was useless as it kept saying that everything was fine when the Sky Router was clearly showing that the internet was down! Our local residents group on FB gives better information that the Sky App - this really needs work!!

@SkyHelpTeam been down that route. No one at support understands how to help. They called TLs and sent the issue to networks + raised a complaint. The fundimental issue is SKY has no way for a customer to inform of a SKY DNS fault. They just dump you at broadband support who cant support that
