    @SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

    @SkyHelpTeam Just that 2 engineers cant fix a problem, both of which said there was a known problem between Sky Q and BT! The tech support also said the same just can find anywhere Sky acknowledging in writing!

    .@SkyHelpTeam i can’t seem to access sites that are hosted in @digitalocean but they work fine on my mobile 4G or another provider. Is this linked in to the ‘online banking issue’ that is currently reported on the service portal?

    @santanderukhelp Tried switching my WiFi off and still having the same problem on 4G ( also with @SkyUK ). Fortunately your call centre have sorted me out, very busy but great service once I got through. 👍🏼 Needs fixing quickly though as I can’t be phoning the call centre every other day.
