@SkyHelpTeam so you lock my account. I cant now use Sky Go. I can't login to my account. All because an email account I don't use has been hacked. And to unlock it I have to ring YOU and wait in a 45min queue. The first automated q asked is What's My Password!! NOT answering THAT

Phoned to cancel @SkyUK but I’m in contract passed to cancelation, said can’t help me if my reason to leave is we employ @adamboultonSKY as @SkyNewsBreak is just a division of sky I said I don’t need your help just cancel me. Been with @SkyUK 8 yrs but can’t wait to leave!

@SkyHelpTeam since we had a fault with our broadband, the speed of it is absolutely shocking 😡 can’t even stream skygo without it been slow and jumpy. Sort it out!
