    @SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

    So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m getting exactly the same problem today. Next episode on Netflix only losing to 76%. I exit Netflix, open back up and the screen says Netflix the sound is whatever channel is on my sky Q box. Surely the answer isn’t to ‘turn off and on’ every day?

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone is constantly cutting out saying ‘call failed’ when I’m on the phone to people. Same is happening with my wife’s phone. We’re both with Sky Mobile. This is an ongoing issue which has got worse today. Please advise on who we can speak to.
