@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK my broadband and tv service has been on a go slow for the last 24hrs! Tv keeps freezing and downloading programmes is taking hours! Why I’m I paying so much for this crap and I take that’s why there is a 40mim hold time on you help like!! Very poor!!

@SkyUK pretty appalled at your customer service. No internet for three months, fobed off, been told its a signal issue on the box. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

Very happy with the service from @SkyUK today. The customer service representative I spoke to last night was fab, and told me the problem would be fixed within 5 days. It was done within 1! Great service, thank you. 👍🏼

@SkyHelpTeam but to my surprise till today, only the Buds 3 Pro was delivered in a package that could not take in the tablet. I have since talking to Sky to resolve this issue to no avail. I was asked to take pictures of the package & sent via email, which I did on 19th September
