    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and been advised that should I want to swap a handset I will incur significant extra costs. Which was never explained when taking out the 24 month contract

    @SkyUK pretty appalled at your customer service. No internet for three months, fobed off, been told its a signal issue on the box. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

    Very happy with the service from @SkyUK today. The customer service representative I spoke to last night was fab, and told me the problem would be fixed within 5 days. It was done within 1! Great service, thank you. 👍🏼

    @ManCity Really just **** off @SkySports ... some of us have re-arranged work to take into account the original fixture change. 2 weeks notice means miss the last home game of the season now. You'll probably run a feature on empty seats whilst you're at it ... with no mention of your role

    @SkyHelpTeam tried to call yesterday to cancel an engineer for today. Got transferred to multiple people and then put in long queue. Tried live chat but never connected. Not going to be in, if you want to DM me I'll give you address to cancel, otherwise can waste your own time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, I have a network problem on my Sky mobile no for ages and I lodged a complaint in Feb. Your very incompetent network team, who are out of their depth resolving this comes up with lies instead of admitting they can't fix it.
