@SkyUK just received a call, apparently from Sky, to say that my signal was poor and that it needed servicing. When I said that everything was fine, the caller went silent. Think there’s some bogus callers posing as Sky operators... just thought you should know

@UtdJL You forgot to add the average subscription fee for sky sports £83 a month i pay for skysports and BT sports without movies £996 a year Costs should come down because of covid not up if they show every game on pay per view then i could live with that as i just cancel Sky & BT

@SkyHelpTeam recently changed to sky mobile. to login on certain apps/websites I need to receive verification text msgs. A couple of websites' codes have come through as texts, but there are one or two websites where I never receive the text w code. Is sky blocking these?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi thanks for your reply, apparently I am just out of contract, I have been trying to talk to an advisor, but I'm having no luck as call centre s are difficult to understand.. I have been with Sky for 30 plus years & have never found things so difficult even during the Pandemic)

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe thanks for trying but I have already tried the phone, cut off eventually. On chat yesterday from 4.24 till closing time , still no response. I have just cancelled my direct debit so Sky can call me . I will be reporting your disgraceful service to OFCOM.
