@SkyHelpTeam Just that 2 engineers cant fix a problem, both of which said there was a known problem between Sky Q and BT! The tech support also said the same just can find anywhere Sky acknowledging in writing!

@SkyHelpTeam next door has had some builders in and my sky dish was obstructing the scaffolding so they attached it to the scaffolding. Just got home, the scaffolding has gone and they have just left my sky dish on the floor? Any advice? As I now have no TV signal

@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no broadband (and I’m WFH). I’ve called customer service after 7.30am been told that the offices aren’t open yet as staff only work between 7am and 11pm. I can’t run diagnostics as nothing is loading on browser. Please help!

Getting divorced. Just moved house. Ported a mortgage. Switched about a dozen subscriptions/council tax/utilities. Most difficult thing I’ve had to do though? Deal with @SkyUK. Atrocious service. Customer for 5 years and can’t cancel a TV contract for the sake of 5 months.

Truly abysmal. Don’t understand how one of Britains biggest companies get away such bad service. Rang @SkyUK three times and kept getting a stupid automated voicemail cancelling my call. Got past around three different people only to be told I’m stuck with them until September.

Even offered to pay off my @SkyUK tv contract just to be done with them and they refused. How insane that a TV contract has been the most stressful thing I’ve dealt with during a house move and a divorce. Can’t wait to be rid of them. Just a shameful excuse for a service.
