@UtdJL You forgot to add the average subscription fee for sky sports £83 a month i pay for skysports and BT sports without movies £996 a year Costs should come down because of covid not up if they show every game on pay per view then i could live with that as i just cancel Sky & BT

@SkyUK just received a call, apparently from Sky, to say that my signal was poor and that it needed servicing. When I said that everything was fine, the caller went silent. Think there’s some bogus callers posing as Sky operators... just thought you should know

@SkyHelpTeam you can see in picture it’s is missing form the tv guide via Skys website and via sky go it’s also the same for next Tuesdays and Wednesdays episode so this means it won’t have thumbnails via mini tv guide for doctors next week but this wasn’t an issue till next weeks episodes

@SkyHelpTeam What's the trick to get to talk to a person. Not a chat robot or automated call? I mean there must be a way. Please have a world with line manager and ask them. The system must have a work around. It is not right to leave a elderly customer with no phone for 6 days.
