Fuming with @SkyHelpTeam , ringing me at 19:00 to cancel my installation for my engineers calling in sick. Even after making me pay for my subscription for 3 months of no sky as they wouldn’t suspend my account. If I was off work, it would get covered. #joke

Phoned to cancel @SkyUK but I’m in contract passed to cancelation, said can’t help me if my reason to leave is we employ @adamboultonSKY as @SkyNewsBreak is just a division of sky I said I don’t need your help just cancel me. Been with @SkyUK 8 yrs but can’t wait to leave!

@SkyHelpTeam You misunderstand. I've done all that and have a ticket raised. But your first line support continually put me thru to the 'Sky Apps Team' where I wait in the queue but eventually get hung up on. I go round and round and get nowhere.

@SkyHelpTeam Had internet issues last night (in Glasgow), your system told me to book an engineer, which I did, then it turned out to be a Glasgow wide issue, but the engineer is still book to arrive tomorrow. Your website says if I cancel it I'll be charged £25.
