    So our broadband has been down for 3 days already. @SkyUK has told us that they might sort it by the 28th (6 more days). We are using our mobile data but they’ve said they won’t be giving those Gb back because there’s no policy for that. What a lovely service, eh?

    @SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

    @SkySports Horner of @redbullracing is an instigator. The cost of repairing a damage following a racing incident, isn’t grounds to review an already given penalty. He surely will loose the review. @Max33Verstappen an co should pick up their toys and go again. It’s still there to be won.

    @SkyHelpTeam So I get two messages that my broadband was going to be activated on 23/07/21, I get a message saying it will be activated today. And you say it’s provisional. WTF? #skyhopeless
