    @SkyHelpTeam hello, new Sky customer here. My broadband was supposed to activate yesterday but did not. If I check the status on your app it says it’s still scheduled to go live on Monday 12th Oct. What’s going on? I need this sorting ASAP please as I am working from home. Thanks

    @SkySports new scores app is poor. Too much branding and too little info on screen without scrolling, should be able to see all PL scores at once, and screen refreshes at least twice on opening, so it’s slow to get what you want.

    @SkyHelpTeam I do not live with him so cannot check the line. I want I understand if the problem is his laptop or a Sky broadband issue. So do not want to book an engineer if the problem is his laptop. I have used your online info but it cannot help me. I need to chat to somebody please

    @SkyUK More like having the whole household trying to work from home! But that is only when our Sky Broadband doesn’t keep randomly dropping connection as it has been for the past few days when your website says (incorrectly) that we have no issues 😡

    @paulrichardso21 Potentially some unhappiness there, I’d agree. Not quite the levels SkySports and Co want you to believe, but I’d agree some players want out. I’m not concerned either way, bad season or two (relegation isn’t a possibility) our model will bounce us back up always
