    @SkyUK just received a call, apparently from Sky, to say that my signal was poor and that it needed servicing. When I said that everything was fine, the caller went silent. Think there’s some bogus callers posing as Sky operators... just thought you should know

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I added kids offer to my current Sky Q package as it is a great offer. I have no idea how but it's added a new sky contract so my Nov bill is astronomical. There's a mistake somewhere and it won't let me remove packages to amend this. Please help

    @steven_stock @SkySports Good luck to him ! It leaves a bad taste when he came up with all that loyalty and integrity stuff but at the end of the day his family life comes first.     @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura thanks for your reply.. No it doesn’t it just says waiting on delivery, but when I rang customer services the man looked on the order and took my details and confirmed it would be delivered around 29th December.

    @appleeugene @SkyHelpTeam Regular updates to tell you what? Thats its still down? Because that’ll really made a difference. They are clearly working on it and it can take any length of time depending on the work that is required. The only update you need is from your own eyes when you see its come back on

    @SkyHelpTeam why is your product so awful? 3 hours on phone on Sunday as can’t watch TV. No engineer until 11 days later!!! I have to reset connection on boxes multiple times a day!! Now main box not working. Awful awful awful
