    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam my radio signal is poor , error message is either ' technical fault ' or ' no satellite signal' can get radio 1 and 2 but not Absolute radio,Planet Rock or Radio X. TV signal is fine. Tried to get through on the phone as a key worker , get cut off,please help !

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk 3 canceled engineer appointments in the last week and when one did show up they did nothing at all we’ve told you on the phone multiple times it’s a snapped wire caused by a broken tree branch that’s caused our issues but we’ve been palmed off several times

    @SkySports @lionsofficial tv coverage today on Sky Main Event is very poor. Freezing every few seconds for a second making it almost unwatchable. Very disappointing. Hope it's not like that at the weekend for the 2nd test.
