@SkyHelpTeam im trying to cancel all services. You have no mechanism that seems to support this right now. It’s a 5 minute call. There’s a 14 hour chat window where you didn’t respond. I tried & you didn’t. To be clear, this is not directed towards the hard working staff.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that. It tells me to call SKY and then it is an automated service that does not help. This is costing me money. I just want to downgrade or cancel completely. It’s ridiculous that a huge company like Sky hasn’t got someone I can speak to easily.

@paullewismoney @netflix @SkyUK Having netflix is a choice and no one is forced to pay for it. Plus, you can pause subscriptions whenever you want unlike the BBC. Obviously it's a different service to the Beeb but having it is down to personal or family choice.

@SkyHelpTeam get the broadband and phone lines working again please in Bournemouth. Service status since 1300hr today says it is a broadband and phone issue yet still not working. Get it sorted I’m losing money as I work from home, shall I bill@you for lost wages?
