    absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyUK. My elderly parents haven’t had sky tv since moving on 28.2.20 but have been charged full price, being fobbed off all the time 👎👎👎

    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I really need to speak to somebody about my current package. I had offers which have ran out & am unable to cancel things online it says phone but as I’m not a key worker or vulnerable I can’t call!!! I have been a customer for over 20 yrs!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

    @SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

    @SkyHelpTeam my radio signal is poor , error message is either ' technical fault ' or ' no satellite signal' can get radio 1 and 2 but not Absolute radio,Planet Rock or Radio X. TV signal is fine. Tried to get through on the phone as a key worker , get cut off,please help !

    @SkyUK Hmmm not sure about this. The worst thing about streaming is when it keeps buffering which is so annoying when trying to watch something, especially anything live. What happens if you lose your internet, you can’t watch anything 😫

    @SAMlR2SHIESTY Skysports? Never listen to that joke of a bunch. Can you imagine Kelly & Wright show also getting in on the act to criticise united for DVB. How may teams have players not having game time, and how many are being spoken about? If they do, you hear things like it's different blah.

    @SkyUK Ok it's a beauty but does this mean sky customers will have to sell their TV now.? I've just bought a 75inch TV and no way would I want to sell it, but would love to get rid of a dish and lots of wires and equipment..solution??

    @geordiedentist I have been hearing on the radio and skysports about Saudis human rights issues. I suggest those with such issues refrain from accessing, attending or purchasing such things that Saudi Arabia have investments in! Otherwise jog on.
