@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have #SkyQ and the sound keeps dropping out whether a Sky broadcast (live) or Netflix/Disney. Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?

@SkyHelpTeam my internet / phone / TV has been off for over 30 minutes. Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home. NEED AN UPDATE ASAP

Amazing service from @SkyUK today, upgraded my broadband no problem then said had to transfer me to downgrade tv package and put me on hold for 65 minutes to then get automated 'department is now closed' absolutely shocking!!!
