    @SkyHelpTeam my internet / phone / TV has been off for over 30 minutes. Rang the helpline, auto message said they are aware of a problem at an exchange box. Will get a text message when it is likely it will be back. 3 people in my house working from home. NEED AN UPDATE ASAP

    @steven_metcalfe @SkySports I just bring it back to, imagine if fans were in the stadium when kneeling started... When it was actively apart of the BLM organisation. Imagine the booing that'd have taken place when the organisation started spouting defund the Police, down with Israel etc.

    Call me stupid but how do users ‘lift’ video clips from other users? For example, if I wanted to show a clip from @SkyNews @BBCNews @SkySports etc, rather than share or quote from that users profile/handle, how can I show it from mine? Sensible answers please.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, and this issue has been happening all afternoon. Super irritating, it’s showing up on the Sky Wifi box as all green lights, but on all my devices, it isn’t working. No sign of the wifi working on my Xbox, or the TVs. This needs to be sorted ASAP.

    If your sky broadband has gone down change your dns settings to manual and 8.8.8.8 on each device and your internet will work again! Change back once they fixed it #skybroadband @SkyHelpTeam
