@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam really looking forward to my new sky Glass TV coming on Thursday after upgrading this morning. Had quite an issue trying to sign the credit agreement but thankfully to a customer service technical urgent managed it. She needs a pay rise for her help fixing it.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I’ve been unable to receive texts, including OTP messages to login in to secure sites etc, I did get your network settings text on Friday but cannot appear to receive any others, it’s proving problematic because I cannot login to certain sites.

Cancelled my @SkySports package at start of lockdown and have never missed it enough to get it back. Prefer to listen to non-MUFC footy on radio and if Utd play I’m there. Now I’ve broken ties with MUTV as they don’t even show all youth and ressie matches live now. Few quid saved

@SkyHelpTeam Very clear that the level of service provided by you in this instance is not up to scratch. As such, confirmed that I was moving the service elsewhere at the earliest possible date, and port to new broadband provider was booked about an hour later.

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer has been this morning and there is a fault outside - currently awaiting a cherry picker to go up the pole and fix it! Fingers crossed that fixes the issue or WFH tomorrow will be a bit difficult!

@SkyUK £28 for "broadband" which works depending on weather, or £30 for fibre to house with 10x speed and 0 interruptions from something like fibre heroes. Hard choice 👌 might invest in infrastructure instead of adds and costumer service?
