    @SkyHelpTeam This is getting beyond a joke now!! Waiting on the phone for half an hour and still waiting to talk to the 5th person of the day. Trying to resolve an issue I have had since December and already spoke to 4 people and had an engineer come out who had to stand outside!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have #SkyQ and the sound keeps dropping out whether a Sky broadcast (live) or Netflix/Disney. Worst on the mini boxes. Majority of time it is just the sound, but can be the picture. Not weather affected. Any ideas or best way to contact?

    @SkySports @btsportfootball think both company’s now really have to look at who they have when they have these ex players commentating for the teams they played for, it’s horrendous how biased they are and never give a fair view on decisions when the match is on

    Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

    @SkySports Erm. Where has the stream of the Tranmere vs Blackpool Vertu Trophy game gone? The game hasn’t been abandoned it was delayed until 8pm kick off. I payed bloody good money to watch this and the stream has been taken down! You need to make this right for your customers.
